If you accidentally take your truck here you are in for surprise unauthorized "DOT reg" charges like $100 for air in the tires and multiple inspection fees. Wow these guys suck. Getting an inspection for a major carrier. Has to be done. They find grease on a shock. They say it's leaking. So pay for an inspection then pay to have shock replaced. They say an hour 117 dollars. For a shock. 15 minutes max to fix . They have me in a spot right now. I'll pay it this time just to get this done and move on with it. Do not bring anything to these people unless you like being ripped off and treated like crap. They have a tall skinny kid who claims to be a mechanic. He spent 2.5 hours trying to fix my headlight. Cut my wire harness then told me I needed a new wire harness. Then a real Technician came out and fixed my headlight. All it was the damn light bulb was burnt out. Damn.... what a waste of time this kid is.... don't ever go here. The place is also very dirty and unorganized. The Technician didn't even have a tool box all his tools were in home depot crates and he was digging and digging and digging trying to find tools out of the back seat of a fix it Diesel service truck and he kept twirling his flashlight and walking back in to front office. First off I don't like having to write a bad review I know businesses rely on some of the reviews for more customers... but this is a true and accurate review. This is the worst shop I have been to. The mechanics are not knowledgeable enough for the trucks they work on. They have a million reasons why things happen and when they fix your issues.... and charge too much as it is.... and the problem still happens... guess what... they give you another reason why it's not their fault and want to charge you again. They will argue with you until you give up no joke... I truly truly recommend any person needing diesel service of any kind please overlook this company. I have heard a few times how bad this place is but chose to ignore what I heard and thought maybe it wasn't that bad.... I assure you this place is that bad! Called Monday to set up service and they said they can get me in after lunch break that day so I brought it down at 10am, I called after lunch and they said at end of day l, tried calling again at 4pm and talked to service manager who said I was set for first thing in the morning, so I called back at 9am next day and they said they were busy and guaranteed before lunch, same thing went on Tuesday...I called and talked to service manager and let him know what happened and he apologized and said he would make things right and he would talk to owner, that was a week ago..after wasting $60 in Uber rides and 3 hours of my time..it looks like they only cater to big rigs. I typically don't review businesses unless they are exceptionally good or bad. This is the poorest service business I have ever dealt with. They did work beyond what was authorized for a 60% increase over what was authorized. The techs have no idea what they are doing. The place is filthy and disorganized with no customer service skills. Be careful with this company! Don't be surprised if the make up stuff like "your truck needs special tools that need to be rented and you have to pay for the rental of those tools". And if you decide not to pay for the rental of those tools, don't be surprised that this people will charge you whatever they want and they will not even ask you if you're okay with those charges! Mine was over $600.00 just for the rental of a tool that they should've been responsible to have in the first place! Then if you ever decide to express your discontent and let them know be prepared to be threatened! Be sure to say anything you want to say "very clearly" so that they don't change anything you say and then threaten you cause they will! Just be very careful about getting service from this company and make sure they ask or let you know how much they will charge you "IN A WRITTEN CONSENT FORM" just like any other company would do. read more

I wouldn't trust this shop!! My vehicle was brought it the first week of December and they took the entire truck apart and told me what pieces to order. After ordering them they said they still didn't know what was wrong and keep making up another story everyday! They keep telling me they don't know what the problem is, today is December 28th and they still wont give me an update and I cant bring the truck to a new shop because they took the entire vehicle apart.
