The system that they installed went out within a week!!! BC the the incorrect wires were used.. they set the system up to fail just to get more money! Anyways they stated that we had warranty as well if anything happened... husband went back in to get it fixed under " warranty" but instead left with another charge of $900+ for the new system... mind you they never finished the tint job as well .. bc "no time" Not to mention, they broke the back panel of the car when doing the installation didn't bother, giving us a discount or addressing the problem Really wish we would've read the yelp reviews before spending any dollar there!! I don't recommend them! They're very unprofessional bad with time management! You could tell their business is failing just by the way they come up with random amounts to charge you! I took truck to a competent installer and they showed me the horrors transonic performed on my truck. They tapped into the trucks main wiring harness instead of using the factory designated harness that is already attacked to the trucks 4 aux switches. They even tapped into my trailer brake lights ? They are either incompetent, stupid, or attempting to incur future service on the truck are the conclusions the new installer came to. Do not take your vehicle here. They don't know what they are doing and will cause unrelated damage to your vehicle because of it. After the poor experience I had here I didn't even attempt to have them fix it for free. I would rather pay someone else to do it right than let these hacks touch my vehicle.

My only gripe as a very amateur DIYer was for a starter replace on my Sienna, they quoted me $500 and change. 15 minutes later I was on my way to pick up a denzo from a local Toyota dealership that ended up costing me about $200 after the core refund. Changing this starter cost me a ten minute YouTube video and about 20 minutes of work. A ratchet, an extender, and three metric sockets. Bananas. This repair was easier and cleaner than an oil change. I get it that it's a shop. I get that not every starter is going to be this easy, but you can walk over to a parking stall with the new starter and bang out two or three of these per hour if you're a professional. If you need quality Toyota parts quick, this is your next best thing to a dealership.

Art is the man!!! he was so honest and upfront with what he was going to do. I took my Fiance's 2000 ford mustang to get a dual exhaust and the price was GREAT!! although when we dropped off the car Art called me before he even started work and said that he recommended just to put a flow master and he would still give it the sound we wanted because the dual exhaust would have given smog problems so for him to be honest was so nice, he could have just lied and did the dual for more money but he was honest and the work was fast it was all done in a day!! and the car sounds great!!!! if you want honest good work call Art!!! you wont be let down and the prices are GREAT!!!!! read more

I had an engine replaced in my 2006 Nissan Altima, nad during the test drive they found a problem with the transmission. Just great I thought, I can't seem to catch a break. They referred me to Advanced Muffler and Transmission. I called just before closing on friday before a long weekend and they said to bring it in early saturday a.m. They said Art was going to be in for about an hour as it was his day off. I was there at 8 am when Art showed up. He diagnosed the problem as a sensor trouble and had it fixed by 8:30. I caught a break. Easy fix, honest business. Will definitely take any transmission trouble back to them. read more

for the past week or so I was hearing a rattle under my car (2001 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP supercharged !! ).. vibration and rattle at acceleration from red lights and stop signs was driving me crazy.. stopped in Advance Tranz today.. he put it up on the lift.. found that the pipes were hitting the heat shield.... 10 minutes later.. car was lowered and I was on my way.. no more rattle !!! never been here before.. but I left a very happy satisfied customer... Initially, I was happy with the repair. But if I can't drive it more than a thousand miles before it crates out. What else is coming down the pipe.

He will give you the truth, not push you to act and charge you fairly. We used to travel almost an hour to our mechanic and now this is much closer. You may not know me personally and that's okay. He was rude, didn't greet me, and dismissed my concerns instead of offering any apology or empathy. He handed me a paper with another new code and quoted labor costs of $160, with no parts even required. Despite their supposed warranty, I've had to return repeatedly. Each time, a new code, a new cost, and dismissive treatment. Randy even remarked that my car is old and implied I should expect ongoing issues. Yet this doesn't excuse poor service. If I could give zero stars, I would. I can't recommend this shop to anyone looking for accountability or respect.
