My BMW M340i was leaking oil badly to the point my vehicle popped a notification to stop the car immediately. In pure panic mode, I pulled over to call AAA. Eddie, the son's owner was willing to stay after hours to wait for my car to be dropped in their garage. AAA took over 2.5hrs to get to the garage, I dropped the key in the slot. He came to the garage early in the following morning to inspect my car. He ordered the part and charged me under $1500, which was just amazing! I wasn't from Upland, had to pay for a hotel, pay for my food and my lfyt rides to get an around. So they helped me out so much (I'm tearing up just writing this) Upon speaking to his Dad, I found out Eddie works on his whole families vehicles.. from Benz to Beemers. That his Dad is proud of what he has built and even more proud of the type of mechanic (little) Eddie is. That they believe in customer service versus charging customers ridiculous prices. I made an appointment online, they were on time for the appointment, and after a short wait while chatting with the owner's dad (super nice guy), my car was all ready to go. They email pictures and receipts as soon as the car is taken in and take photos of anything that may come up while doing the inspection. I really wanted this place to be my new home for vehicle maintenance. But smh. I brought my 4 runner in for its second oil change and was pretty happy with the results until I got home. There was oil all over my under carriage of the car so l stared the check the oil plug and filter and everything look good. They forgot to clean off all the oil that they drained that was trapped above the skid plate so I cleaned all the oil off of everything. And two of the bolts to my filter access door on my skid plate are stripped. Not happy. But what can I do about it, just repair it myself and never come back. read more

I was driving down the street when I heard the gut wrenching sound of something dragging under my car. Pulled over and found the plastic guard had fallen off. It was still held on by one bolt. Enzo's was the nearest garage I could take it to since I didnt wanna keep dragging it on the ground. They took one quick look and put my car on a jack and resecured the plastic guard with 3 clips. They wouldn't take my money for something so "small" but to me it meant a lot so here I am leaving a review. With the kindness and professionalism they showed me, I would be comfortable coming here for anything automotive related. They told me they specialize in general maintenance so come here if you've got any maintenence work on your car that you've been putting off. 10/10 experience. I arrived for the quick appointment and my car was taken care of. The service quality was on a high nite, the employee behind the counter were knowledgable and had good customer service skills. I took my 2014 Chevy Impala to Enzo's for brakes and tune up. We all know that taking a car to a new shop can be nerve racking, you always hope that they leave it better than it was and don't over charge. Well I'm so glad I decided to leave my car with Eddie, it's running great. I appreciated the thoroughness of the vehicle inspection including pictures and assessments of what work needed to be performed urgently vs. stuff that could wait. He never pressured me to do work, and he took the time to explain. The customer service was excellent for a small shop. He offered to drop and pick me up at home. I declined the offer to drop me back home since he had another appointment and I had to get back to work. On the at home pick up his dad (so sweet and friendly) picked me up during a massive downpour! The kind were you are literally advised to stay home (lol) I honestly would have expected another shop to say, "hey we'll hold overnight" but not Eddie. I got my car back same day. Either they are scum bags or they're terrible at what they do. My family and I had check engine light come on while we were 400 miles away from home and with our hotel expiring in three days. It had a cylinder 1 misfire. We took our vehicle here cause of the good reviews, but we shouldn't have. He charged us nearly $800 for valve adjustment operation that didn't fix the problem and that likely wasn't even needed since based on diagrams of Honda Odysseys, the one he "repaired" appeared to be cylinder 4. I should have been more diligent and checked before hand. Then when it didn't work he recommended changing the timing belt cause it was "1 tooth off" and wanted to charge us over 1000 for it too. It didn't make sense that the timing belt would be the issue because if that's off, misfires would not be isolated to one cylinder. I asked if he had checked the coils, spark plugs, and injectors and he claimed they were all in specs. I took a risk and drove it back to my mechanic. Sure enough, the timing belt WAS fine. All my mechanic had to do was MOVE THE INJECTORS to find out that the INJECTOR caused the misfire. Boy have I learned my lesson. The mechanic, Eddie, really took me and my family for a ride knowing that we were stressing about having to leave. Thanks a lot for clearing us out and taking advantage of us. read more
