From the very beginning, he was incredibly professional, responsive, and kind. He provided an extremely reasonable quote and scheduled the work promptly. Nick went above and beyond in every aspect--he selected the perfect banister style based on my preferences, especially when others had only offered cheaper-looking options. His workmanship was meticulous, and the installation was done perfectly. He took great care in his work, cleaned up after himself, and made sure everything looked exactly how I envisioned. What impressed me even more was his excellent communication. When the material cost at Home Depot ended up being slightly higher than the original estimate, he reached out right away to let me know and asked for approval before moving forward, which I greatly appreciated.
