He said he would repair my microwave for $180, but the repair never happened. He then asked for a $75 diagnostic fee, and I offered $60 since most technicians I contacted charge $60 for a diagnosis. He started by very meticulously and carefully dismantling the various areas of the washer machine to get to the pump. I called Denis for same day service and asked if he could come diagnose my LG refrigerator that was making a buzzing sound and the freezer was not getting cold enough.
