He quickly diagnosed that the fan wasn't working and replaced it right away, providing a 3-month warranty for parts and labor. Later that same day, around 10:30 PM, the refrigerator stopped working again, no compressor or fan sound, but the power was on. Since it was the weekend, I couldn't reach him immediately. On Monday morning, I called Sam, and he promptly scheduled an appointment for the same day between 3-6 PM. He arrived on time, diagnosed that the main board had failed, and ordered a replacement part. Two days later, Sam came back without me needing to follow up, replaced the board, and our refrigerator was working perfectly again.
