At the beginning of January 2026, we began experiencing issues with our front load washer. After entering my broken dishwasher issue into Yelp I received a couple of responses from various local companies. AMPM was very timely in their response and sent a rep out within the hour. They were excellent in answering all my questions and concerns via the Yelp app, timely in response, and honest. The issue turned out to be an issue with the electronics. Rather than pushing me to spend a ton on the replacement parts and labor, they suggested it would be more economical to just research and buy a new one. Our washing machine broke down, so we called AM PM to see if they could diagnose and fix the washing machine. We called them up and within an hour, they were at our house. They were so prompt and punctual. Sergei was the name of our technician. He checked on the washer and was able to tell us exactly what was wrong with the machine. It was most likely the motor being overworked and dampers had to be installed. Sergei was courteous and patient while explaining the problem. He told us that he would send us an estimate the next day and did so promptly. I felt that the price was reasonable for the excellent service and promptness of the work.
