They did honor their warranty within the eligible period. After a year, the same old phone was dead (no power) and had no charging again (partly due to my fault) . Beware of VERBAL ABUSE!!!…read more I am extremely disappointed by the treatment I received at Mobile Square and I feel other customers should be aware. I first visited the store last week during lunch time because my iPad was experiencing frequent crashing issues. During that visit, one of the technicians was already impatient when I asked questions and tried to get clarification about the problem. Despite the poor attitude, I left my iPad with them for diagnosis, hoping the technical expertise would make up for the customer service. When I picked it up, a different technician explained that the crashing issue had been temporarily resolved and that the underlying problem was a damaged power management IC. I was advised to use an original Apple charger moving forward. After returning home and following those instructions, I discovered that my iPad would not charge, even with an original Apple charger. Concerned that the issue had not actually been resolved, I returned to the store the following week. Unfortunately, that second visit was far worse. A third technician with glasses, who had not been involved in my previous visits, immediately came across as dismissive and unprofessional when I was trying to ask for clarity. While the previous technician was attempting to explain the situation to me, he repeatedly interrupted the conversation and treated me with open hostility. After I confronted with him of his rude behavior and attitudes, he then proceeded to call me a "B!TCH" and even said "F@CK YOU" directly to my face. I was stunned. I came in seeking help with a device and instead was subjected to verbal abuse from a staff member. No customer should ever be spoken to this way under any circumstances. This behavior and attitude were completely unacceptable. Technical issues can happen. Repairs may not always work. All I wanted was clarification to understand the issue better. What customers should be able to expect, however, is professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy. Based on my experience, this business failed on all three. I cannot recommend Mobile Square to anyone. If customer service matters to you, I would strongly consider taking your business elsewhere.

Rather than hitting me with a high priced repair quote, they insisted on rechecking the Warranty. To my surprise, my iPad was still covered. Forty eight hours later, they call and told me that my brand new iPad was ready for pickup. All that they charged me was a very reasonable service/handling fee. Not many shops go the extra distance for you like this, these days. Bottom line. If you want your computer electronics repaired: fast; and done right the first time by well trained and extremely competent technicians; Buy N Cell is the place to go.

They did a good job but are a bit expensive compared to other places…read more I brought my LG G6 in to replace the display that had been damaged by impact. They quoted me $230 to fix, which was a bit high since other places quoted $150 - $175, but I trusted they would do a good job so I allowed them to order the new part. Three days later I was informed that the part was in. On the way there, I dropped my LG and damaged the backing. I had taken the protective case off so they could replace the display. They ended up fixing the backing as well, stating that they could not fix the display unless they fixed the backing as well. However, they gave me a bit of a discount to repair both. Overall, so far everything is looking good and although a bit more costly, I recommend because they do good work.

Watched the phone start tripping, screen started fading and kept restarting on its own, NEVER plug in a water damaged phone! Brought it in, Thomas immediately opened and disconnected the battery preventing any further damage and immediately started dismantling the whole thing to let air dry over night. I honestly thought it was a goner, or at least at a $300 bill for parts! Get a miraculous phone call at 5pm the next day, and its Sha, phone was fixed and 100% functional in under 24hr!!. Not a single part needed replacement, Thomas ran it through a sonic bath and BOOM! iPhone 6 is back ON! Their quick thinking and immediate action stopped the corrosion from spreading to any parts, my bill came to under $50!!!!!!! And also, they have tons of other stuff - cellphone accessories, computer paraphernalia and even laptops. Move over Pacific Mall. This should be everyone's go to place in downtown Toronto (or even those from the 'burbs) - the folks are so honest.
