Unprofessional, unreliable, and a waste of time. I…read morescheduled a remote screen repair through Asurion for a cracked phone screen. I was scheduled for a week in advance. Day of the appointment comes, and I get a call half an hour before my appointment window from these folks telling me the parts were not on the truck, and that they can't look to see when the parts WILL be on the truck. I would think they would have known in advance so they can reschedule, but whatever. The guy tells me he's new. someone else called out sick, they are scheduling him from one place to another to back track back to my location (as another guy is in the vicinity yelling things to tell me). Um, okay. I call Asurion (because I was told that Asurion is the only one who can track the parts and tell me when or even if they will be arriving). I reschedule through Asurion for a time I am assured the parts will definitely be both available and available for my remote appointment. Day of appointment comes, and they no call no show. I'm now at about 2 weeks, still have a broken screen. If you have another option, choose that one.
