So I ran all my virus protection including Malware and it still acted crazy. I asked an I.T. guy for assistance and he did his thing and told me the computer was shot and to buy a new one. To me, that was devastating as this was a new computer. The last thing I wanted to do was buy a new computer. I ended up hopping on Yelp, went into the search area, and had it send my issue out to vendors on the site. In a short time, they responded back to me, started the dialogue, and told me what the issue would be. He broke it down in simple and easy steps. When I followed it, it was exactly what he said it would be, a bad screen. Based on that, I told him to order me a screen. When the screen came in, I was called by the technician. At the store, the tech greeted me, told me he would have the computer fixed the following day. Which is exactly what he did do. Overall I am impressed by the business and the willingness to diagnose an issue without me even giving them a cent. They were fast, gave me a warranty, and I will certainly use them in the future if the need ever arises.

I was getting nowhere on a reasonable price, as most were quoting 285-300. I finally gave up and had set an appt with iTech, as they didn't have the screen in stock I was forced to wait a week, and they told me very specifically they would have it Wednesday so I had arranged for my wife to be there Thursday morning. When calling that morning to confirm, I was then told maybe they'd have it later that day, and they wanted me to wait longer. The problem was that I had already started porting all my numbers and upgrading phones over to T mobile, and I had some time set aside later in the day on Thursday to complete everything, but I needed my wife's phone to not have a cracked front screen. So I call Sam at A1 Mobile Solutions, and he tells me he has it in stock, and my wife can be there in 30mins. Perfect! As she was already up that way, which is why I had scheduled everything the way I had. I assumed this would still cause a delay in our schedule, but Sam got the job done much faster than I was quoted everywhere else (1-2 hrs) and only took him 15-20 minutes, and for a bit less $ than everyone else too! My wife and him also hit it off having a conversation about homeschooling, as he was just recently starting to consider it, and we all felt like this was serendipity. Half the reason I'm writing this review is for personal reference, so if I ever need a screen repaired again I'll be able to easily find Sam through my review history. Anyway he's a great guy and great at what he does and I recommend him

I originally came in just to get the back off because one of the screws were completely stripped beyond repair. I needed a new screen on the thing because the touchscreen was broken. I had the new screen and backplate for it and I asked since he had the back off would he mind putting the new screen on as well. He took it on and got it done and everything works just as it did! True lifesavers honestly! I also got a screen protector from them and they were quick with putting it on! 10/10 would recommend I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!
