Garments regularly returned with buttons missing: from women's blouses, men's shirts (cuff buttons gone, forearm buttons gone, button-down buttons gone, even "extra" buttons disappear). And if shirts ordered to be returned folded in a "box" come back on hangers -- expect an argument over a refund (even if the receipt says BOX in very large print).
