A friend recommended JJ Alterations in the Boynton Beach Mall. I went in by JCPenney and found the business. Six women were busy sewing & some were waiting. There were 3 dressing rooms in this large shop. Even with the holidays my alterations will be ready next week. My clothing was ready when promised, the price appears to be fair. Everything looked correct. The hemmed items were hemmed, the ripped pocket was repaired as were the other items. Everything looks perfect and They accept credit cards. Hooray, I have a new tailor!!!

Very disappointed with the service I received at this seamstress shop very disgusting behavior from…read morethe staff I went in Friday may 1st at 3pm to inquire on getting the sleeves for my dress fix I did inform the gentleman there that I needed it for today if it was going to be possible I know with such short notice they may decline which is ok I understand it was such in a short frame of time which he could have declined and I would have went about my day but no he said ok we will do it to come around 6:30 because they close at 7pm I said ok I'll be back I come back at 6:20 just in case they finish early I get there and my dress is still on the rack and he tell the seamstress at the 1st table closest to the door that I'm here and for the green dress he told me don't worry we give me a few minutes it will be done shortly I waited almost 50 minutes on top of that the seamstress was making comments while she was doing my service that no we can't do this the material is very thin it won't look good well if they saw the fabric and I came in tried it on why didn't they just tell me no we can't do it sorry I would have went some where else with someone that actually knew how to provide me my service while she's saying all that in Spanish the gentleman tells her no don't say anything in Spanish because the girl knows Spanish too she said she didn't care and that it was hard to do which she could have declined while I was waiting in the shop for my dress that they were rushing to do because the store closes at 7pm another customer comes in upset because that same shop lost her top they told her they didn't have it that they will look for it that customer left up set which I should have know that place was not professional another client comes in after her wanting to get something done to a top the same seamstress doing my dress tell him no it's to much work we can't do it at that point I know my dress wasn't in good hands around 7:15 my dress was done I got it they didn't let me try it they were rushing me out the store I didn't even get to see it until I got to my car and omg my dress is ruin I can't wear it to my event very unprofessional and I will never be going back save you self some headache and try somewhere else we're they had better customer service and actually cares about the service and not the money I will be reaching out to my bank for a refund because unacceptable

They also offer a QR code to sign up in-store, though it takes about 24 hours for any discounts or coupons to update. I was greeted promptly, and the process was smooth and efficient. I requested my tablecloth be ready in four days, and they happily accommodated. The young man assisting me even showed me that my $5 discount would be applied at pickup. Four days later, I returned and was in and out with a perfectly cleaned and pressed tablecloth--and my discount had been applied! I will definitely be coming back for all my dry cleaning needs. Loaded with money, added detergent, waited til machine started moving then placed an alarm. 30 minutes later I'm back and clothes are completely dry. Not a drop of water on the clothing. Had to jiggle the handle to get everything started. I guess ask a regular that can hopefully point you in the right direction.
