It says "see attendant for receipt". I finally figure out that one of the women folding clothes was the attendant and asked her. She spoke zero English so her young daughter tried to translate. No luck on how to get a receipt however. Then I look for the WiFi sign with a password. NOTHING. So I ask the daughter of the attendant and she says "yes there's WiFi but she doesn't know the password". Strike two. Giving up and just wanting to sit to wait, I look around for a chair. Nowhere to sit and wait! So now I'm standing here uncomfortably watching my clothes spin as I can't get on WiFi to do my work on my laptop. The floors are filthy and I'm spending $40 for two loads of clothes. Absolutely will never be back.

Loaded with money, added detergent, waited til machine started moving then placed an alarm. 30 minutes later I'm back and clothes are completely dry. Not a drop of water on the clothing. Had to jiggle the handle to get everything started. I guess ask a regular that can hopefully point you in the right direction.

The screen is shattered i'm 100% sure that the laundry employee or her husband, maliciously shattered my phone screen. I need answers as to why they would do something like that. I will be calling in the morning to speak to the owner of the facility and filing a police report for damaging my property. I have been coming to this laundromat for at least 10 years and have never had issues with the laundry employee. This had to have happened a little after 9:30 pm while I was folding my cloths.

I drive 25 mins here every weekend to come here because it's comfortable and for the most part clean but these issues have been happening to frequently. Every time I come, I leave frustrated. Doors close when it is at the time stated, whether you are there or not. Your clothes will be safely waiting for you the next day. For the big washer it cost $4.75, medium $3.75, and the small load is $2.75. To dry is only 25cents, but I recommend using a dollar.
