A few years ago a car that belong to a relative of mine was towed to this company. They refused to give the car back. Kept the tags and all. Also had the audacity to say I needed to speak with management who I found out didn't exist. Oh this company or whatever has had cases against them for a lot of unlawful stuff they have been doing to folks. It's terrible how they do people. Be careful having your car towed here and if so hurry hurry to get it out cause they will try to keep it...and the valuables in it.

I had to go get my plate and items out of the car at the yard the other day and had the nicest interactions with Melissa and Don while there. I couldn't get into my trunk due to the battery being disconnected (and destroyed) and they went out of their way to help get it open for me. They were friendly, helpful, and responsive when I needed assistance after a crappy situation. I would recommend them if you ever need a towing service, and have heard by word of mouth that they are skilled and fair with their mechanic service. Highly recommend, and appreciate the great service they provided.

On the Saturday of memorial weekend these guys on zero notice were able to weld all four wheels back on the trailer so my customer could get his boat back to RI. I towed the 12,000 pound boat back to RI with zero problems after this great father and son team got it done without hesitation. They delayed taking their family to the beach to help me and did it with a very reasonable price on such short notice. I appreciate them saving the day and it helps they are so reasonably located off 95. Thanks again!!!

I definitely didn't want to have this work done by the dealership after experiencing lengthy delays and weeks in the shop for the simplest repairs and service. My insurance company Progressive provided me with a quick response and evaluation and left it up to me to find the Body Shop of my choosing. After doing some research and making an appointment with Todd's Auto Body and after meeting Todd and Shelly I knew these guys were definitely the ones for the job. They are also RVer's so they understood I didn't want to leave my RV away from my home any longer than absolutely necessary. They ordered all the parts required to complete the work and met with the insurance adjuster prior to requesting I bring our MotorCoach to their shop for repairs- once everything was in place the work was completed in only a few days which is exactly what I was looking for. The quality of the paint and workmanship was nothing less than outstanding, Shelly is a great communicator and provided me with updates during the entire process starting from our first introduction and Todd is such a professional and master craftsman, the entire process exceeded my expectations and I'm so lucky I found them.
