Just this week, we had both a sensor issue and an AC problem come up within 24 hours. They were able to fit us into their schedule, complete the repairs quickly, and even waited a little after 5:30 so we could pick up our vehicle after running late from a vet visit. The entire team has always been friendly and welcoming to me and my family. They genuinely take the time to work with you and find solutions that fit your budget. It honestly feels like having a good friend who owns an auto shop and is there to help you get through a stressful repair situation as affordably as possible. They replaced the battery without loss of all of the programming in the car (entertainment systems, etc ). I also voiced concerns about tires. Alignment of front end causing uneven wear, AWD car, tires replaced--but I also wanted a wider tire footprint on my heavy Touota 4Runner to be more confident driving on sand (Beach, etc.). They went to a website, guided me through options & choices until we found what appeared to be the perfect tires. The car now handles better, rides great... The also have competitive oil & filter changing svc AND can rotate tires at the same time which is best for AWD (All Wheel Drive) cars. They also did a safety & mechanical/brakes/belts/hoses/fluids/lights check. Being in the Publix shopping ctr, I can drop the car off for oil/filters/tire rotation & overall checkup while getting provisions for the week and have the car done by the time I'm finished. Instead of having to call a tow truck, the owner and a tech both came out to me and got me going good enough to drive to their shop. They then gave me a ride back and forth to my home, so I didn't have to wait there all day or call for an uber both ways since I lived close by. They repaired both issues, so my AC is ice cold again and my coolant isn't leaking anymore. I highly recommend them, and everyone there are so nice.

I did schedule that service out 2 weeks. Nonetheless insie was clean, spacious, there wasn't a list of "to do's" like the dealerships hound you for.
