Went here on Wednesday May 21st 2025 to see The newest Final Destination movie- Final Destination Bloodlines. Went in and brought one tickwt for myself. Person taking care of me was pleasant. Also ordered a popcorn (and wanted a soda too but I guess she didn't hear me!) Paid via cash. Oh and btw matinee movies are less than evening movies. Only downside is that movie was rated r, and kind of essential to ask for I'd to make sure the person is of age. Anyways, sat down and enjoyed the movie! Loved it and loved seeing it at a theatre close by! Hope to be back soon! read more

We absolutely LOVE Flagship Cinema in Monroe. The location is perfect. The staff are ALWAYS helpful. The theaters and restrooms are always clean. While the theater itself is not huge, they have all the major new movies and always provide a wide selection of showtimes. I pick this theater over many of the larger AMC-esque theaters nearby all the time. read more

My family and came here twice for the same movie. Your probably wondering why we came here twice for the same movie because a couple of weeks ago we tried to watch super pets and 20 minutes into the movie the whole screen went black and the movie kept on playing. A couple of the other families got up and spoke to the manager and they assured us that they should be fixing it shortly. We'll not exactly we had to watch the whole movie from the beginning which was very annoying and then after watching it all over the movie stopped working again. My husband and received a full refund which was really nice of them to do that. The 2nd time we went back there I asked before buying the ticket if they were able to fix the issue and they said yes not to worry its working. 2nd time was a win. It was great movie. read more

this movie theater is trash think i heard some rats in there squeaking it had a foul smell floors are sticky i guess a lot of nutz were nuttin chairs were dingy the screen sucks...how could this be a flagship cinema??? management must be trippin or have a bad relationship with corporate lol smh theater need an over haul meaning new everything for this vibrant community. read more

As far as movie theaters go, it's not the cream of the crop (they'd need to convert to reclining leather for that!), but it's an adorable little nostalgic and friendly movie theater with a good selection of pretty high demand movies. I sat through Avengers End Game (if you don't know, is a hardy 3 hour movie). I was not uncomfortable but it's not too fun sitting so close to your neighbor who's chewing their popcorn like a banshee. The movie theater is clean and has a lovely little lobby with some couches to sit before the movie. The bathrooms are spotless. The treats are on par with a small local movie theater. You ain't getting a burger and a martini like some theaters offer but the popcorn is crisp and buttery, and they have a decent menu of other snacks like pretzel bites and nachos n cheese. Overall it's a lovely little theater but gee golly guys it's about time we get some leather and a reclining button! read more

Needs remodeling. Very uncomfortable chairs. We are in 2023.. its time to upgrade to better projectors and sound. Crystal run in middle town is where you should go. read more

They are racist they didn't let us watch a movie and when little white girls asked they let them in.This is not professional at all.I do not recommend coming to this movie theater. read more

Been here a few times with family. They keep the place clean and have good customer service. The refreshments are your typical movie fare, but a bit cheaper than the bigger chains. Overall a fine place to see a movie. They loose a star for not having reclining chairs, but that's the only issue I have, and overall not the biggest deal. read more

On opening night of a major box office film, the place is short staff and no popcorn. Had to wait 30 min for concession stand and another 20 min for popcorn. read more

We usually arrive to movies about 10-15 mins after the movie show time to bypass the credits in the beginning and upon arriving to buy our tickets, the concession stands to buy snacks and drinks were already closed up and everything was put away. Mind you, the movie showing was at 9:30 pm and we arrived at exactly 9:46 pm. My little brother said he wanted a snack and the guy at the concession stand looked at him like he was crazy and also as if he didn't want to go through the trouble of getting my brother what he wanted. This is major part of the movie-going experience especially if we are paying $5 for a Dasani water bottle. I just don't understand why they would close up shop right at the very beginning of a movie showing. I was very upset and displeased with this as well as the boys service who was working the counter. For this to be a mom and pop looking theater, y'all have some nerve. I have absolutely no problem driving over to the Middletown or the palisades theatre whenever from now on because that was ridiculous. Wanted to give you guys our business since you're right in town but if we aren't gonna be able to have snacks and drinks at a late night showing then no thanks!! read more
