This is the best theater to watch a movie. The seats are amazing. They're huge they recline they're heated their spaced out and it is not steep. I have a hard time taking my mom who has mobility issues to any other theater because it's just too steep for her to walk and the seats are too small. We really enjoy coming here. read more

Flagship my girl. I love you. However sometimes you can be naaasty! Saw the new Chainsaw Man movie (10/10 would recommend) and had the whole theatre to myself and my boyfriend. But when we got in there, there was popcorn and wrappers everywhere! All on our seats that we got tickets for, we had to swipe popcorn out from the cracks of the seat. My seat's heater didn't wok either sadly. Oh well. Still a great experience and this won't stop me from coming here !! read more

Really nice theatre, small & homey, yet modern & clean. Feels like a secret tucked in the trees. Very chill crowd here which ultimately makes or breaks even the best theatre experience. Clean, well kept, heated recliners. Decent popcorn with 2 "butter" filling stations. AND THE MOVIE ALWAYS STARTS ON TIME! A must when attending during the week & not wanting to fall asleep during relentless ads before things even get rolling. $7.75 a ticket Super Tuesdays. My only complaint, they never have popcorn buckets in stock so I'm always overpaying for concessions & never able to take advantage of deals. read more

Ever since Flagship opened up in Pottstown, it's been our go-to theater. You can't beat the comfy heated recliner seats and the popcorn is the best movie theater popcorn we've had, and it's pretty consistent. Once in a while, you might sit in a seat where the heat doesn't work, and that's a bummer, but most of the seats are excellent. We also love getting the buckets for the year and having refills for a smaller fee. Flagship is easily the best movie theater around! We rarely visit the other ones anymore. read more

This evening my family went for the first time to the Flagship cinemas in Pottstown.  The theatre was extremely dirty and floors were covered with popcorn.  I had read good reviews on YELP, yet what I read certainly did not align with what we experienced. Below is just one picture of the ladies room and my husband said the men's room had urine all over the floor and was just as dirty. I wanted to express my disappointment tonight since it was our first experience at this neighborhood theatre. I recognize this is the holiday season and staffing resources may be limited, but this was both disappointing and disgusting. read more

Sadly, we won't be returning ever. They advertise having amenities available to everyone, including close captioning devices for the Deaf/Hard of Hearing community, (which is why we came) but when we came to watch the new Wicked movie, none of their closed captioning devices were charged. This is the second time we have been disappointed by the lack of attention to actually providing their advertised services, as their closed captioning devices didn't work the last time we came. My wife and I have been coming here since moving to the area. This is a really great theater and I love the seats :) Price: compared to Regal/UA this place is super cheap. I love the large bucket that you can have refilled for a discount. Overall definitely not nearly as expensive as going to any theaters in the area. Food: solid all around - typical theater food, but I like the refills and the machine to make different drinks. Seating/tickets: I'd recommend buying tickets online, so you can pick your seat then stop at the kiosk to print your tickets. The seat are awesome and recline almost nearly flat and are heated too. The theater is very clean too, so that's a plus Overall you can't go wrong with seeing all your movies here. read more

I'm so extremely disappointed by my experience at flagship. My popcorn was stale, but that was my least concern... I went last night to see the movie Downton Abbey, and as I got comfortable in my reclining chair, I started seeing them... Coming out from everywhere! mice! they were crawling all over the floor one even fell from the ceiling behind my chair onto the floor and scurried away... I am so disgusted. I will never come back here again. Place needs to be shut down until they can get a hold of the problem. It's a serious health risk to people as mice carry diseases... I saw at least five of them! read more

More of a "upscale theater" with reclining leather seats that are spaced out and food options that are a step above your normal theater offerings. Plenty of room to spread out and not feel claustrophobic. I prefer to take my kids to this type of theater. Yes, I feel like we have a little more privacy in a little more leeway if they get fidgety. A more cost friendly option than similar theaters in Exton and the surrounding areas, so definitely a price tier above your normal movie theater option a great spot for dinner and a movie, as there are some fantastic restaurants nearby, including right across the street. The only downside is they are a bit understaffed based on the most recent visits I've made there. However, their team does work hard to try to make up the difference. This has become one of our go-to the movie theaters. read more

First time here and what an enjoyable experience. We purchased matinee tickets online for $7.50 each and you select your seats at time of purchase. You get an email with a barcode after purchase. The process was quick and simple and didn't require me to setup an account, although you can if you want. Upon walking into the lobby, my first impressions is that it was clean, modern, but on the smaller side. There is one queue line for tickets and food but fortunately, the place was empty when we arrived, so we walked right up. Staff was very friendly. We ordered a small popcorn, two medium drinks, and a bag of peanut M&Ms, which came to $22. Overall, a better deal than most other area theaters. I had to show my barcode at the counter and they printed actual tickets for me. There were machines in the lobby where I think you could have printed your own tickets if you wanted, which would be useful if you wanted to bypass the line for concessions. Would prefer if you could simply show your barcode on your mobile device as I'm not a fan of printing things. Walking into the theater, my first thought was that it was very clean and spacious although not overly big. From front to back, the floor did slope upwards, but I wouldn't call this true stadium seating. It didn't matter as the screen sits up pretty high and by the time you recline in your seats, you are at a pretty good angle to view the screen and no one was blocking my view. The seats were very comfy and you are even able to turn on heated seats. For whatever reason, the heated seat did not work on my seat but it did work on my son's seat. He said it was a pretty mild heat. Picture and sound were very good and overall, we had a very enjoyable experience. We look forward to coming back for future movies. read more

The old movie theatre by the mall just reopened. I was thrilled to see that they have reclining, heated seats. The staff was very friendly. Like Movie Tavern, you select where you want to sit in the theatre. We sat away from people. The parking is good and the theatre was clean. The prices are great! My husband even said that he was pleasantly surprised by the reopen. I will be back! read more

Updated: Heard from the corporate manager who was very apologetic and went out of his way to make this right for my son. There was no pressure to update this review, but I felt like it was the right thing to do given his responsiveness and genuine apology. Local management could learn from this about putting the customer first, but our faith in this theater has been restored. Awful experience! Rented a theater for my son's 8th birthday party and no employees showed up. Granted, there was 2 inches of snow overnight but NO ONE called to cancel. Had a group of kids waiting outside, and my son in tears. Finally got ahold of a manager later in the day (we called, not them) and they were completely unapologetic. Yes! So happy to see this theater open again and better yet, with lots of updates! The service was super helpful. The seats are now automated recliners with heated seats. The theaters are small and well kept. We ordered tickets on line and selected our seats ahead of time. They play new releases on multiple screens, so we got to see what we wanted without any trouble. I will start with review off by stating flat out this is the worst movie viewing experience I have ever had in my entire life. To start things off, a $7 fee to buy tickets online, that is outrageous. That cost about as much as the ticket itself. Second of off the service, extremely rude and unprofessional, the profanity was unnecessary and uncalled for. I was trying to take my children for a night of enjoyment and fun, but I am left with a nightmare that has scarred my kids for the rest of their lives. Poor communication from corporate down has caused the building block of a once promising business to crumble under the pressure of greed. If there was a 0 star option I would have given it. It is a mockery of what good cinema should be and complete malarkey. I wish I would have never laid eyes upon this crummy front for a movie theater. Like I said never go here unless you want to regret it. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my husband went in for the first time for a date night, after hearing great reviews. Once we arrived there was nobody at guest services to allow us to purchase a ticket with cash. Then once we got to someone else to pay, there was some situation with another couple causing a back up. I was standing there watching the minutes pass by as mine and my sisters movie passed. It got to a point I contemplated leaving because what's the point if we miss the beginning. Anyways the altercation cleared up and not once did anyone ask if we wanted to purchase tickets or why we were in line. The girl behind the counter was too busy slowly standing around and making popcorn, and the two other employees also just stood there and watched as the issue progressed and we were only waiting to buy tickets. I didn't think a movie theater could exceed my expectations until I went here! The staff was so friendly and attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The theater itself was spotless clean and the seats were amazing--not only did they recline but they also had the option to be HEATED. I seriously could not rave enough about this place!!!! I really have to emphasize though how amazing the staff was in making sure every costumer was happy. I definitely will become a regular and I highly recommend it! read more
