I usually stick with a basic pedicure without polish because I've had several bad nail salon experiences. I was encouraged to upgrade to a $60 pedicure since I wasn't getting polish. The technician specifically recommended it because it supposedly included a 15-minute massage. However, there was no massage--just basic products, a single pass with a hot stone on each leg, some oil rubbed on, and the service was over much quicker than expected. At the end, I was asked if I wanted my nails buffed since I wasn't getting polish, but then told it would be an additional $5. All three of us were also asked if we wanted eyebrow waxing. I understand that salons upsell services, but this felt excessive, especially after paying for a premium pedicure that didn't include what was promised. The staff was kind, but I left feeling disappointed and misled.

We brought my diabetic mother here & requested special servicing for her feet since she has sensitivity & they totally took that into consideration. Unfortunately, they were experiencing staffing issues & our appointments were delayed, but they went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of & our patience was acknowledged.
