Have to go to the podiatrist to get $150 ingrown toenail removal. So painful and I'm still healing from it a month after the procedure. I have been coming here for 6 months starting last October 2025. They rush you to fill as many seats as possible, doesn't matter if you schedule ahead and are patient. Never have hot water for pedicures. Some of had two visits where they didn't include a massage after my nails. Why am I paying $100 plus tip? Do better.

This is a serious health and safety issue that should never happen in a professional salon. I was initially promised a full refund due to the injury, but that promise has not been honored. Instead, I received a call from someone identifying herself as "Jenny," who stated she is the owner, asking me to come back in because "she also does hair." That response was both confusing and concerning. After being injured during a basic pedicure, why would I feel comfortable returning for any additional services? It felt dismissive and completely missed the seriousness of the situation. On top of that, instead of resolving the issue, I was sent step-by-step instructions on how to file a complaint with the state board -- as if my injury was something to pass off rather than take responsibility for. That alone shows a lack of accountability and concern for customer safety. Being injured is unacceptable. Being dismissed afterward is even worse. A business that causes harm and then avoids responsibility should not be trusted. I will be escalating this through my bank and reporting to the appropriate authorities. For your safety, please consider going elsewhere.

I was sold a "crystal hair remover" for $15 that is clearly drop shipped from alibaba or a similar site. It made my skin bleed when used at home as they gave no instructions on how to use. They were VERY forceful about selling it and would not take a simple no. I got a gel mani and pedi. I looked at their website and am unable to determine what I even got because none of them match my experience. The recharge combo is the closest one ($99 plus $30 for my french tips) but I did not receive "collagen gloves" or "collagen-infused socks" as advertised. Finally, the tech cured gel polish on my skin. I told her it was there and she continued to do so, which creates a risk for gel allergy to develop. Plus the polish is chipping 3 days later. I have no problem paying premium prices (I regularly pay over $150+ at nail salons) but I expect things like 1) no upselling & alibaba products, 2) transparent pricing, and 3) good workmanship that lasts longer than 3 days.
