We must have gone through 3-4 different unreliable pool companies before being lucky enough to find SoFlo Pools. Here's what is our condominium building loves about SoFlo Pools! 1. They have a super cool report system that emails a picture and chemical report each time they service the pool so that you know it's safe for swimming. 2. Affordable. We were with them for two years, prior to receiving a modest fee increase. 3. Similar to another reviewer, we had a non-functioning hot tub / spa. SoFlo Pools was the only company to work with us to repair the system. It was complicated, and they figured it out, and installed a new control system. 4. Customer service responds quickly via phone or email. And on more than one occasion, one of the company owners has assisted us in problem solving.

We settle on a starting date and he was here on that day. From start to finish he kept in touch telling us what time he would be here and when the crew would come in to do the job. From the beginning I told him we had only PayPal or Venmo to make the payment for the cleaning that he did on Wednesday and I just can't seem to understand even today if the kid CAN'T read. He behaved like the pool cleaning wasn't going to be paid and started texting uncontrollably to pay him, that I wasn't being fair etc (I'm attaching screenshots) when I told him from the beginning that we didn't have cash, cards or checks and needed to pay via one of the methods used and he just kept sending the payment link which doesn't have the option of paying with PayPal or Venmo so I decided to wait until our cards arrived in the mail on Friday (today) to go ahead and proceed with both of the quotes he gave us which was $580 for fixing the motor of the pool and $75 for the pool cleaning. He still decided to behave as if though we need to request someone cleans the pool for free and were never going to pay him. They are prompt in answering and he accommodated for his employee to come out on Wednesday and treated the pool for a bit of algae that had accumulated due to the motor being damaged but the way he handles business is unfortunately not good. We were going to hire his company for our monthly plus the fixing of the motor and he completely ruined that because of the way he behaved. Blueviel easily honored the "warranty on workmanship" clause in the contract and came out and replaced the return nozzle. Great job Blueviel!

We went through like 3 or 4 different companies before this and they were all terrible - people not showing up, doing half the job, you know the drill. Started working with Blueviel back in March and honestly it's been night and day. These guys just get it, like they actually understand what it takes to run a good operation business. Their staff show up when they say they will, they're always in uniform and professional, The thing that really impressed me though is how easy they are to work with. We had this situation last month where a guest checked out early and we had another family coming in like 3 hours later and I called them kind of freaking out and they just handled it, no complaints or upcharges or anything. Their customer service team is super responsive too, like they actually pick up the phone which seems rare these days. Price wise they're totally fair, maybe even a little cheaper than the last company we used and the quality is way better so that's a win. They've also been really flexible with our schedule since we have turnover happening all the time, sometimes on weird days or short notice. Anyway if you're doing vacation rentals or Airbnb or anything like that you need to call these guys. They've made my life so much easier and our guests always comment on how pools are looking good . Palm Beach but we received 3 very outrageous quotes and others that said the job was too small for them. I am a review nut and found Blue Magic Pools in Coral Springs , I phoned and Serge made an appointment that afternoon. We received a very fair quote but I was really impressed with his honesty and knowledge. We wanted to add a marble coping and he allowed us to go to his wholesaler to select a gorgeous marble, the selection was incredible. Serge oversaw every detail of the entire job and had his talented team of tilers and electricians along with him. We were given a time frame and Serge delivered exactly when he said. We could not be happier with our decision to trust Blue Magic Pools and Serge, we love to look out at our backyard, it's gorgeous. Thank you Serge, we are very grateful!!!
