Why? -my son was not progressing in speech nor socializing with children correctly. -Miss helen told me to my face "hes just a little to hard to deal with" ABOUT MY SON. -my son is very active so he doesn't want to sit in circle time, they would force him to so he would get upset and this is why she told me "hes hard to deal with" -tuition is a JOKE almost 300$ a WEEK for my child to be ignored, sent home dirty, and be made out to be some terror who is "hard to deal with " -Miss helen sent me threatening voice mails (that I wish I could include) telling me AFTER I pulled my son out that I owed her money ($200 plus) when in reality I owed her $45. BECAUSE of this she threatened to call norwescap (agency that helps with childcare) and tell them that I owe a balance with her school. This was AND I QUOTE "Luca (my son ) will not be able to attend anywhere until I get paid" she is a selfish selfish woman. she told me "I know dad isn't in the picture but I still expect my money" it was the worst decision of my LIFE to bring him to this school. I would prefer Early Discovery Learning Center in Stanhope theyre so nice so kind and so polite staff has been there 20 plus years. GOOD RIDANCE MISS HELLEN.

They never believe the challenges and behaviors he showed there and for a kid who had a hard time with speech, I now know these behaviors were his distress call. Poor buddy. So thankful for all those teachers around him after heritage who saw/see how bright and kind he is and who enjoy him. Also I've seen bad reviews before on this over the years, including the one I placed while there. They somehow disappear.

When we attempted to get our registration fee back we were told we're weren't charged tuition and the charge wasn't enforced as a "good faith" gesture. Pretty much you're lucky so no your $600 registration is ours. The owner was absolutely rude and snarky. The education director is cold and very rude. Make sure you ask every question you can think of because they don't ask, don't tell.

Our now 2yo daughter started at Primrose of Florham Park last summer after we relocated to the area. During a time of such transition for her, Ms. Samuels and her other teachers provided so much nurturing, love, and compassion for her. She has since transitioned into the Toddlers class where Ms. White and Ms. Santana are loving and patient with her antics AND she learns so much. Over Christmas, she came home one day and just started naming colors (at 18mo!!). She now counts as she goes down the stairs. It's clear that education truly is the foundation for everything they do and that they do it with love for each child. Lastly, I will say that in addition to her teachers, our daughter has great relationships with people at Primrose who aren't even her teachers - Ms. Cathy, Ms. Joseph, etc. To me, this shows that the culture at the school is amazing in every classroom environment. Another benefit of going to Primrose is the app they use - Procare. This may seem trivial but it's been a huge upgrade from our previous daycare. You can customize notifications to get real-time photos and updates from your child's day. And, on tough mornings, the school will send extra photos to reassure you that your little one is okay. Regarding COVID-19, the school has taken critical precautions that thus far have prevented any school shutdowns or outbreaks. It is sometimes inconvenient to keep our daughter home with a cold while we wait for a COVID-19 result; however, it gives me peace that everyone else has to do it too. Overall, we're so glad that we chose Primrose. And our daughter is too - she squeals when we pull into the school parking lot most days.

He's grown so much and has made great friendships with the students and the entire staff. On the outside, the school and parking lot looks small, but the morning drop-off service is very convenient. Happy faces like Ms Diogo and Ms Dietz to receive my child and safely walk him into the school so I don't have to park and unload my daughters. Inside the school, it doesn't feel as small- the space is all used efficiently and classrooms are well organized. Children are taught to use materials properly, respect others, and to always be polite. Never feels chaotic or crowded. Playground is well suited for the kids. Adequate staff to watch them. Shoutout to Mrs Mendez who welcomed my son to the school when he first started. Held him on the playground and comforted him when we first acclimated to "going to school" for the first time. Warm and nurturing. Mrs Morales was one of the first assistants I met. So so sweet and my son tells me how much she helps him around the classroom. My son also asked me to sign up for fastrack kids which is a program during recess where they learn about special topics like economics, geology, arts and crafts. Costs extra, but he seems to enjoy it. Admin Ms Dadaian and Mrs Devine are also good with answering my questions, returning phone calls or emails. The school is expensive (tuition and fees add up), but it is absolutely wonderful. No complaints about the school itself.

However, my worries went away immediately once we started the school year. I have always heard great things about this school and it makes sense why. From the start, we were given a very warm and welcoming introduction from the director. Ms. Rathjens, and assistant director Ms. Yun. Both are very involved with interacting with the kids and greeting them throughout the day. They are attentive and responsive, and my kids feel comfortable around them. My son's preschool teacher, Ms. Kellish, and the teacher assistants, Mrs. Morales and Mrs. Ikram, are caring, supportive, and organized. My son loves going to school and always shares how nice his teachers are to him. He has learned so much and has become more independent in class. They encourage him and it shows. My daughter's toddler room teacher, Mrs. Castano, and the teacher assistants, Ms. Ucles, Mrs. Millar, and Mrs. Charles, are all so patient, nurturing, and gentle. They have helped my daughter transition well to school and never hesitate to reach out in case of anything. I also love how they have food tasting every week. My daughter is constantly singing and dancing at home, and I know it's a result from her thriving at school. It feels relieving to know that my kids are in the best care and I don't have to watch the camera like a hawk to see how they are doing. Any time I check in, I see my kids are learning and playing, and are building their independence. The parent teacher communication and level of care are unmatched. The teachers really put forth effort into all that they do and I really appreciate it all. My only regret is not enrolling my son sooner for his first year of school. He is thrilled to attend each day. He loves his teachers and his classmates. He comes home happy and with a daily craft or activity to share with us. His teachers, Mrs. Molter and Ms. Conte are amazing. Very responsive and they also share weekly pictures on a private Facebook page for just our class. Most of all, we know that our son is SAFE at school. They have handled the pandemic and protocols extremely well and we are appreciative. They even have valet drop off and temp checks!
