We had a small wedding in Tahoe and wanted to book one of those cool photo booths --- but it was last minute. I felt like I won the lottery when I contacted the owner, Raymond and he had availability for my event date. They showed up to the venue and set up was quick. They had a TON of different fun props. I really liked the back in fourth communication with Raymond when picking out the template for the photos. I also liked that there was no issues with flash a smile driving to Tahoe for our wedding. I originally meet them as a preferred vendor for one of our hotels (Hilton Garden Inn in Elk Grove) through a holiday party. They have great props, their personalities are fun, and the customer services skills are just so awesome. Omg!!!!!! I cannot begin to explain how much fun our party was today thanks to Raymond & his wife! (Sorry I totally forgot her name) We first met Raymond at a church function, where they had hired his company, "Flashasmile". We had fun so we inquired about having them at our daughters 1st birthday party. I'm so glad we went ahead with this great idea as EVERYONE absolutely enjoyed themselves! All the kids, parents, and even the employees of the place we rented out, had a blast taking funny photos. The props (mustaches, hats, signs, etc) Raymond provided were hilarious & useful for all ages. At the end of our party they presented us with an awesome photo book with photos & signatures from each guest, saying "Happy Birthday" to our daughter. This is a gift I never would have thought of and one she will treasure and enjoy many laughs with when she's older. Since I'm use to traditional photo booths, they kindly explained to us the logistics of this open-style with a backdrop setup. Because it's open, the photo booth can fit many many people -- this definitely comes in handy for large events and weddings where everyone wants photos together to capture the memory. They have a wide array of props to choose from, almost anything imaginable! They are very sanitary with the props too, so you don't have to worry about the cleanliness! One of the biggest factor is their social kiosk option. Who doesn't love auto uploads to Facebook nowadays!? They have that option for you! In addition, you'll also get hard copies (the kinds as if you were in a traditional photo booth) and e-mail copies, how awesome! Where do I even begin to show my appreciation for Raymond and Flash A Smile??? From the beginning, Raymond made everything so easy. From the initial contact, to pricing, to signing the contract, etc. everything was perfect. I even hit a moment of pre-wedding panic and just needed to sit with him and talk instead of going over email, so Raymond met me at a local Starbucks within a few days to talk to me down haha. He had TONS of booth options and once I saw the day of set up I was floored. Beyond my expectations. The blush pink sequins backdrop he used was stunning in my reception. And he had so many hats and signs and props, and not flimsy cheap ones. They were nice props! I booked flash a smile at the beginning of the year for an event in November 2019. Great experience, they had the perfect backgrounds and colors. They very punctual and arrived on time to set up. I had great communication with them a few weeks prior to my event and they made sure everything was set to how I wanted it. They are great on answering emails and replying in a timely manner.
