What a great company! We were looking for a photo booth option for my husband's surprise birthday party. I read online about a Mirror Booth and thought that might be a fun option rather than the normal typical iPad-on-a-stand booth. I was very impressed with Perfect Pixel's professionalism, their quick and thorough responses, and all around great experience. Chris was fantastic. His emails were always very upbeat, well-written and informative. Any time I asked a question, he'd be sure to answer it in a follow-up email. Booking our time and photo booth was effortless. On the day of the party, Chris showed up exactly when he said he would. Throughout our time, another Perfect Pixel employee (forgot his name, sorry!) showed up every hour or so to check on the machine and make sure everything was going well. I thought that was such a great touch for this company---to check up on us and make sure everything was going smoothly, since you never know with technology, right? The photo quality was great and they were even able to give us copies of each photo on the flash drive we provided. The only thing I would have changed would be to have pressured our guests to take more photos. I guess everyone was busy with getting food or were shy with photos, so we didn't get as many pictures as we could have, if the photo booth was used nonstop during our allotted time. But we have some great photos to cherish the special day. Highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in giving their guests something special to remember their event. I sent a monogram to use for our photostrip and he sent us proofs each time a slight adjustment was made until it was perfect! Their booking process and contract was easy to understand and complete. I would advise, however, that the "entourage booth" which is supposed to accommodate up to 10 adults, really fits 4 adults comfortably. We had a lot of trouble getting 8 into one photo. Not a huge deal, just something to be aware of. Chris was very professional, friendly, and responsive. He continually checked in, made sure I was comfortable, etc. It was everything you want from a vendor. At the actual event, the employee he sent out (Eddie) was very polite, professional, and helpful to our inebriated and/or technologically challenged guests. I was beyond excited to be able to have a photo booth at my upcoming wedding. I contacted the company was told that the day of my wedding was all booked up and no photo booths were available. I was bummed out. I had every full intention of using my Groupon deal but was unable too. I contacted Groupon and the company and was not able to get my money back. We used the Photobooth rental for our wedding on April 6th...true story they were the Shhh! I didn't even realize they were there and setting up and before we knew it Blam they were ready to go and people were in line to use it! It was an absolute hit at the wedding and even more awesome was we had a "guest book" where the booth printed two sets of photos one for them to keep and another to put into our book and write a little note with it. Best part of the day after the wedding was reviewing the book and seeing how much fun everybody was having at the wedding. We had booked ours early like literally almost a year in advance using a Groupon. I didn't have to worry about anything Chris contacted me the week before the wedding and I gave him a slight guideline and he sent me the proof of what our design on our printed photobooth pics would be. They arrived on time, gave us what we had expected with the size of the booth, props included with a few of our own, worked with us on the design of the layout, and checked in with me when they arrived. My issue was the booth went down. I get it, stuff like that happens. But since we only had the booth for 2 hours, that cut into our time. No offer to stay to make up for it. I would have even paid for another hour, as some folks were not able to get in. But once their time was up, they split. I looked up and they were gone. Also, the attendant does not always let the guests know about the book to add a message. We did not have that option for us, but it happened for our friend's wedding. I had The Ultralounge Booth for my 21st birthday. It is all white and really went well with the venue, which was an outdoor patio of Lucca Restaurant in downtown Sacramento. It was set up within ten minutes and was able to be in use after a quick test shot. I also really liked that the booth was customizable and able to fit with my theme. It was nice and stylish for the occasion; a wine, cheese, and appetizer type of event, but it also incorporated personal elements like the Star Wars theme song and custom Star Wars welcome screen that guests get to see when they sit in the booth. Even in a more formal type of occasion, it was still fun for everybody! My guests were able to get their shots almost immediately after taking their pictures.
