I had dropped off garments honestly years ago and forgot about them. They called me to come pick them up, which I was happy to especially after such a long time. I called ahead for them to give them my card number to pay, and now I'm glad I did. Once I parked my car, I looked in the window and neither owners were wearing masks. I motioned to put on a mask, and the man did. The woman did not. I opened the door, stayed at the doorway, and the man brought my garments to me. I am extremely disappointed that it's December and this important precaution isn't being followed. And on top of that, they have a sign in the window that tells customers they can't enter without a mask! I do not think I'll be doing business with them any longer. read more

My daughter took her dress, for a wedding, there last week and was told to pick it up yesterday. Required a clasp above the zipper, shoulders were too loose and sides needed to be taken in. The owners wife had her put the dress on and pinned everything that needed to be fixed. She went to pick it up yesterday and asked the owner if she needed to try it on again. He said no because his wife was not there. She put the dress on last night and the sides were so tight they left a red mark immediately! The shoulder seam was sewn but she completely missed sewing a piece into the seam so it was sticking straight up and the clasp above the zipper was never sewn on which meant the zipper kept opening. Because she had to work I took the dress back this morning and explained all of the issues to the owner. He started screaming at me calling my daughter a liar and said "everyone makes mistakes." First of all, it is his wife's JOB to alter garments. If you cannot do it correctly, then don't do it! My daughter went to pick the dress up at lunch and tried it on while there. The wife fixed one side but the other side was still way too tight. When she told her she said that she just likes to complain and the dress was fixed. I had to rip the side seem out and sew it back together myself because we had to more time to waste. I would not go back to Flash Cleaners if they were the last business on earth. Owner is nasty, wife is incompetent and they are way over priced for their services. read more

Like another review mentioned, unfortunately dry cleaners don't get many reviews posted unless someone had a negative experience. After trying a few different cleaners in the area, I'm so happy I found Flash Cleaners. The owner is so sweet and the place is always immaculate. Decently priced compared to competitors. So, my quest for a decent dry cleaner near work continues...I brought in my boyfriends pants that had been splashed with mud ...I asked when I dropped them off if they would be able to remove the stains, they said "yes" ...I didn't check them when I picked them up, and later saw that they were still stained. I returned to the cleaners and they agreed to clean them again...today i returned to pick them up and they were still not clean. I explained that I would like my money back since the pants were not cleaned....I was told that wasn't possible, and that they will try to get it out a 3rd time... So aside from their inability to clean clothes their customer service is non existent ...overall bad business...don't promise a customer what you can't deliver on! read more

I know businesses like dry-cleaners are not commonly reviewed unless someone happens upon a negative experience. That's just the way it goes unfortunately. So I'm happy to be able to dissent from some written here and say that the clothes have always looked immaculate (for both pressed + wash & fold) and the owners are simply wonderful and hard working! read more

Got my paints hemmed. No complaints. They did a great job if anything.

I've been going here for the wash & fold service for the past month or 2. Past few times I've picked up my clothes, they were dirtier than when I dropped them off. A few of my are now totally unwearable because of the stains. I tried to explain what happened and they just told me I should've paid for dry cleaning. Would not recommend. Not going back read more

If I could give no stars I would! This place is TERRIBLE!!! Stay away! I dropped off 4 suits... only to come back to find they smelled DISGUSTING! Something along the lines of a dirty, moldy garage. I have never smelled anything like that before. I am a business woman, there is no way I could possibly wear these suits in public smelling the way they did. It would be beyond embarrassing. My roommate was able to smell them from across the room! I took them back the next day. He swore he would get the smell out, otherwise he would refund me, no problem. I returned later to pick them up. They still smelled!!! He REFUSED to refund me, saying it was something he couldn't do. He told me that they did not smell and he had several customers smell my clothes to make sure. First of all - why are you letting random people touch my clothes?!
