The reason I buy from Zek's regularly is partially convenience (I walk past on my way in and out of the supermarket), but it's also because of the lady who works here. She always gives me a smile and a hello, even if it's 7am and she's in the middle of unloading buckets of flowers in the pouring rain. They seemed completely flummoxed when I asked for some advice about repotting and wanted to talk plants as a total novice.
