Inquired for junk removal due to a move around 4pm on Saturday. Their team was at our house by 9am on Sunday. Extremely fast service, the team was efficient and worked quickly. They took no more than 30 minutes to remove several large, heavy dressers, a big couch, bed frames, etc. The price quoted upon inquiry was what we were charged, plus a 10% military discount. Called last night 6-1-2017 spoke to someone @ Flash junk to take my 6 foot couch. He said not a problem we'll be there between 8a-10am 6-2-2017 cost 70 bucks I said great. So at 10:20 I called he said the guy got a flat and he's stuck at the landfill waiting for a tire guy to come. He personally said he'll be there in 45 minutes. So I called at 1130 and he apologized he got tied up with another job and he'll knock off 20 bucks. I said great just come before 1230 he said definitely. So he showed up @ 1230 by his damn self and I just helped him put the frickin couch in his truck. Terrible service guys! I paid cash and was not offered a receipt but hey 2 1/2 hours late and I had to help move the couch, can you blame me for not wanting to wait or hear another excuse on why you can't do something? read more

I am so happy I found this company on yelp. I called them several months ago to get a quote for couch removal in the event that we don't find buyers on OfferUp before our anticipated move out date. This morning we found out our "close of escrow" date will actually be 3 days sooner than expected giving us only 4 days to sell and/or dispose of furniture we didn't sell. I called Luis after my homebuilder appointment this morning and let him know the price he quoted me months back to haul away a 3 piece couch set, his price was still the same. I asked for a quote to throw in one more recliner and the amount increased by a reasonable amount. I let him know my situation and asked him how soon they can come, he said "tomorrow between 12-1." Works for me! This evening we received a call from him saying they're not too far and have time to pick up right now if we wish, we were so happy, the sooner the better for us. We agreed and they were here within 30 minutes and I would say it took them about 20 mins to take away 4 couches, before they left, I asked how much it would be for them to take a bridge, wishing well, play slide and 2 bar stools, they added on a reasonable price to haul away these last minute items so we agreed. I thought when we paid for our new furniture to be delivered it included hauling away the old stuff. It didn't. So with short notice this morning I called 3 services, Luis was the only one that actually answered and was at another job and called me back when he was finished and was here in less than a hour. Can't speak highly enough about this team. Called on a Saturday on a tight timeline to remove all furniture from an assisted living facility that needed to be completed before the end of the weekend. They arrived earlier than their original time quote (which was what we wanted) the next day (a Sunday when most companies are closed!) and were very friendly and helpful. We mentioned that it was our hope that a lot of the furniture and medical equipment could be donated versus ending up in a landfill and were overjoyed to hear that donating the items was part of their normal practice.
