They're no longer full service there--just exterior washes now, and you have to vacuum the interior yourself. They sent me to the Marlton location for full service. The Marlton location did honor my punch card, but that perk is gone now, and the Thursday ladies' discount dropped from 50% to 20% off. Worst of all, the quality of both the exterior and interior wash wasn't even close to what Ritz used to provide. Bottom line: I'll be looking for a new car wash. Wash Haus Hand Car Wash on Haddonfield-Berlin Rd recently opened and has great reviews so far, so I'll be trying them for my next wash.

Still leaked, and I wasn't happy. Brought it to my mechanic, he re-bored the plug hole and charged me $75. I brought the receipt back, and without hesitation, Jerry promptly refunded my expenses from my mechanic. (He also offered a free change and wash next time, but that's more than I would have asked for!) Anything he finds in the vehicles he puts in little plastic bags which he leaves in the vehicle for when you pick them up. He also knows how to use the government WEX cards for any GSA vehicles which is helpful if these are the types of vehicles you are using since it is right next to a military installation. It may not seem like it's open sometimes but if you push or knock on the office door someone will be there. There's even a gas attendant. Next to the door is also the flyer which has the prices, services and phone numbers. Definitely support this business and it's great they have reopened since many of the car washes in this area are unreliable.

I drive a manual car, one of the individuals tried moving my car to the shade and stalled it the very first second he put it in reverse. Stick shift drivers beware. One last thing, they use Windex to clean the windows of the car. I'm not too sure if the windex is ammonia free but to those who have tinted windows, beware because ammonia will completely ruin your window tints. Would I come back? I don't think so. Good customer service, although the workmanship was subpar. I also don't think it was worth the value. I would say the car wash that I received was worth about $20 at best. Honestly, the customer service saved it from being a 2 star. Have a good day!
