No one reached out to me at all. I reached out at 12:40 and they said they were finishing a job that is 20 mins away and would be here "soon" at 1:15 I reached out again and said I hadn't received an update and they said "yes you did" and showed me the message they sent at 12:40. I finally received A call at 1:35 telling me that they are 25 minutes away and that they won't have time to get me done by 2:30. I explain to the man that I really only needed one seat done and if he could get here in 25 minutes and just do the one seat that I would be happy. He said he would work it out and now it is 1:50 and I never heard back from them again. This is the first review I have ever left and I am extremely aggravated. Would never recommend these people.

When I bought it the interior definitely looked liked the 1st owner didn't keep it clean, the dealership did an "okay" job but it wasn't up to my standards. The outside also lacked any resemblance of a vehicle that had an owner that cared about their vehicles appearance. I had used CV Mobile many times in the past so I knew that they would give this poor little car the attention it lacked from the previous owner. CV Mobile did a full interior deep clean giving the car a new car look inside. They cleaned and wax the exterior and now the car shines. Anyone decent detail shop can make a new car look great but it takes a superior detail shop to make a vehicle that wasn't ever shown any attention look this good.

I feel like a lot of automotive service centers whether it be for sales, repair, tinting, or detailing get a bad reputation for how they interact with women. Unfortunately, this tends to hold true for a lot of places but not at Flash Mobile Detailing. She told me about how great the customer service was and I was personally impressed by how soon they were able to get her into the schedule. My mother's Mercedes has always been kept in good condition, but over the years her headlights started to accumulate severe oxidation and hazing on the exterior. Out of the box solutions I applied either worked temporarily or not at all. I heard about the quality of work that Flash did from other friends in the car scene and honestly this was our last resort. If after this appointment, there was little or marginal improvement, I was just going to look into how much two new ML350 headlight assemblies would cost. This is obviously something I'd rather not expense, but visibility and headlight performance were so poor at night I felt as though it was a hazard for my mother and others on the road. You can't drive safely if you can't see where you're going or if others can't see you! My mother dropped her car off and waited while the team worked. She said they worked quickly, but paid attention to detail and made sure the job was done correctly the first time. All of the oxidation and haziness was removed and every time she drives at night, I get a text about how much of a difference the detail made. I literally got a text tonight out of the blue from her, "Lights are a blessing!" I contacted and received a prompt response to set up an appointment. Unfortunately bad weather, death in my family necessitated many postponements but Mike was slways extremely patient kind and understanding for rescheduling. On the day of the appointment ,Steve showed up PROMPTLY at 9 AM and hit the ground running. Steve worked NONSTOP for 6 hours on my 2011 SUV..Didnt take a break .I watched Steve work feverishly to attempt to remove tree sap. The wheels and rims looked brand new.The windows sparkled and the interior SPOTLESS and smelled better than new.I should note that I run an animal rescue and petsitting service so my SUV is not your typical dirty car.Hay,doggie drool,hair,fur,sand and window snout marks galore! I'm very disappointed on the quality of work and the price he charged me for the detail (scratches are still in the truck). He told me that when he finished with the truck it was going to look like new, showroom condition. He reassured me that his "paint correction technique" will remove all scratches from my truck (not true). He also said he will remove the stains from the leather seats, stains are still visible and were not removed. I will never take my truck to this shop ever again!
