T-Mobile gave me an address that turned out to be the wrong. They claim they attempted the address 1 time and its the wrong address. They did not care to show proof of service until I disputed the charges. Normally a Process Server give you 3 attempts. I thought they would just send the subpoena by mail without charging me.
