The experience with tlhem was great overall. They are very knowledgeable, perhaps more than traditional agents who have a lower volume of clients. And I felt that they tried to represent our interests well, rather than just trying to get us to finish a purchase so they could collect their fee. Perhaps the only caveat is that because they don't personally accompany clients to view houses, they may not be able to provide quite as accurate an assessment of a home's value as a conventional agent.
