I was moved from Plantation to Wilton Manors by Leny and his team and their big moving truck in a…read morelittle over 4 hours. They all were kind, punctual, communicative and determined. This was my first time using a moving service and Leny was patient enough with me to explain in detail the expectations and what to expect on my moving day. My move was going very smoothly in the beginning at my pick up location until my unusually difficult couch was giving the movers some trouble for disassembly. They never gave up and took the time to explain to me what the situation was but they got it done and successfully assembled my couch back together at my new place! Leny was very easy to plan with but at a few times just a tad hard to reach but he never took to long to get back to me and even on the day of the move he apologized for the sometimes less than ideal response-time which was very appreciated by me. I do not think many professionals would have acknowledged the fact like he did himself. I am very happy to have chosen to work with these off duty firefighters. The only reason for not 5 stars is that my mattress was not wrapped nor put in plastic for protection, thankfully it came out clean & unscathed but if asked in advance I would have provided a one time use plastic bag if they do not want to carry their own mattress items. They saved me a lot of stress and time with the move taking only a long morning for both pick up with some disassembly and fully delivery with the same minor reconstruction.

I had an extremely stressful and expensive experience with this company and would not recommend…read morethem, especially for long-distance moves. They significantly underestimated the weight of our shipment, which resulted in over $6000 in unexpected additional charges after our belongings were already in transit. At that point, we had no realistic ability to change companies, leaving us financially trapped. During the move, multiple items were lost or damaged. Although we paid for full coverage insurance, we later learned that coverage was severely limited because we packed many of our own items. This limitation was not made clear in any meaningful or transparent way upfront. As a result, reimbursement covered only a small fraction of the actual loss, despite having paid for insurance. Because we were moving cross-country, my sister accepted delivery on our behalf. We later discovered that her signature was treated as confirmation that all items were received in good condition--despite the fact that no one can reasonably know what is missing or damaged until everything has been unpacked. This effectively removed our ability to hold the company accountable for missing items. Communication throughout the process was poor, inconsistent, and often belittling. Our delivery date was changed three times, causing significant disruption and stress. When concerns were raised, responses felt dismissive rather than supportive. At one point, communication became so adversarial that we were "legaled to death" instead of assisted. Notably, the case manager handling our situation was terminated during this process, which only added to the instability and confusion. What makes this especially disappointing is that we used this company once before, about four years ago, when they were a smaller operation. At that time, the experience was positive, transparent, and personable. Unfortunately, as the company has grown, the quality of service has declined while costs have increased. This was an overpriced, exhausting, and emotionally draining experience. I strongly caution anyone considering this company to thoroughly understand how estimates, insurance coverage, and liability limitations actually work before signing--because what is implied upfront may look very different once your belongings are already on the truck.

We also had water damage from a hole in the ceiling on the truck! They also didn't mention until moving day that they would load onto 2 smaller trucks and then move everything to a tractor trailer later on. The day of packing, the guys were also 3 hours late getting started, then later complained that "it was getting late" and talked poorly of us in Spanish, thinking we wouldn't understand. Now they have their Google reviews turned off!!! Just horrible. I filed a police report of course but nothing came of it. Karma is real and stealing from a child will come back on them!

It was that time again for me to move and I hired Coral Springs Moving and Storage to do the job. I…read moreinitially spoke with Dan who had his estimator Bob come by and assess what needed to be done and provide me a rough estimate. I was moving out of a one bedroom 1 Bath on a 2nd floor to a location 10 miles north. To a 1bedroom 1 1/2 bath condo on a 3rd floor in an elevator building. Bob left me an estimate and I sent him a deposit. The move was scheduled for Friday Sept. 26th. Dan advised me that Sam would be running the job with his crew of 3 men. On that day they showed up like clockwork, I already had my life boxed up since I'm an experianced mover. Sam's crew wrapped up my furniture and loaded it in the truck along with all my boxes. I met them at my final destination almost an hour later. They moved all my stuff in making sure to ask me where I wanted everything. The guys worked hard, they were professional and careful. I wanted to thank, Dan, Bob, Sam and his crew for making this move not only happen for me but made it my easiest and most stress free move yet! Kudos guys, Thank you!

Do not use this company. I used them a little over 2 years ago as I was moving to Las Vegas and had…read morethem move most of my stuff to a storage unit. We just moved back into town and went to our storage unit to find most all of our expensive, valuable furniture was damaged. Also many valuable items are missing which apparently never was put in the storage. What we know about is our expensive and large china set. Also a valuable painting is gone along with an expensive mirror. There may be other item missing also but these are the thing we can remember right now which is missing. The lock we put on the storage unit was totally intact and secure. This is not to mention that this company gave me a written quote for 2 men to move our belongings. 3 men showed up as they said the driver they had got sick who was to be one of the movers so they got a manager to drive. This manage mostly managed and didn't do much moving. When it was time to pay up the manager on the job wanted to charge me for an extra mover which was hundreds more. I protested so he said since he didn't do much moving he would reduce the price a little. I paid the extra money to get the thing over with but after thinking about it was not happy. As it turns out now after our damaged and missing items what a total rip off. If you use these people, good luck!
