They arrived the day after they were scheduled to arrive (which I paid extra for). After already being late, they then arrived an hour after the new scheduled time. They damaged many of my items including soaking my bed frame in rain water so that it no longer closes flush and ripping apart my artwork. I specifically asked them to pack sensitive items like my record player and telescope assuming they would do a better job than me at protecting them but they just threw them in a box with no padding. The worst offense, however, was that they LOST about HALF of my items. Not only did they not arrive and they do not know where they are but NO ONE has checked to find the items or given me an update on how this will be resolved. When I have called the front office they only tell me that they can't give me timelines or solutions because that is up to management and apparently management is currently off site. There is no direct line to management or a way to contact them. There is not an ounce of urgency on their part to resolve this issue. Absolutely awful experience. I am on stand by and I have no way to know if I need to replace the items or if they'll be found. Over thousands of dollars of items missing, priceless items that are not even sold anymore and are irreplaceable. For double the price of large scale movers, this is 100% not worth it.

Moved some things into storage so I could have some free space. They were so nice, worked hard and took care of all of my items, And took the little extra time to make sure everything was secure in their truck. Speaking of their truck - I've never seen a cleaner moving truck and when we were all done after I paid they took the time to organize, fold the moving blankets and remove the tape used on them - it was so organized! Due to closing issues, I had to push my move date Back 2 days. He said he'd be able to do it in the afternoon and that he would be there between 2:00 and 3:00pm depending on how the job before mine went. Unfortunately, it was a rainy day, and they didn't get to me until 6:00pm. They wanted to push it to the next day but I insisted we had to do it that day because literally all of our stuff was packed and ready to go. I ordered one truck and two movers for our two bedroom, one bath duplex. My fiance and I did a lot of moving before they even arrived, essentially just leaving the furniture for them and some boxes. Their attitude seemed Brusque but it was probably because they were just tired from however many moves they had that day. They wrapped most of my furniture carefully with blankets, but I must say I was not pleased with the way that they moved my grandfather clock. The second mover, Alex, said "well this is fragile" when looking at my clock. I was like yes that's why I hired Movers. They didn't even know you had to take the pendulum out of the clock when moving it. They refused to take my very small TV off of the wall, and told me they would have to charge extra for that which I have never heard before. That was frustrating. They made a dent in my baseboard and scratched a lot of paint in my newly painted residence, and then gave me attitude when I asked when they were going to fix it. He then begrudgingly said that he would send somebody over Saturday to fix it. That guy was nice and did an okay job. They worked very hard but I think it would have gone faster with three movers. It would have been nice to have a discount since they were over 3 hours late also. I'm not sure if I would use them again, but I'm glad that we are finally in our new place with the damage fixed (aside from the clock).
