His knowledge was a huge help. The subfloor in our spare bedroom was damaged by a leaking water heater so Rob explained to us in detail the different ways we could fix the issue but my husband was stubborn and laid some self-leveling by himself so thankfully Rob jumped in and gave us a hand!!! After being let down by 3 contractors I found Shepherd R&R on Yelp. David answered my call…read moreimmediately and set up a time to come to my house and give me an estimate on 3 jobs that I needed done. David was incredible! He saw my situation (fixed income) and kept the estimate as low as he could. After a few tweaks in the jobs we agreed on the work. David showed up on time to complete the first job (I had been waiting a year for someone to finish what the last contractor left undone in my kitchen). He was meticulous and got it done! The next 2 jobs are scheduled for next week and I am looking forward to those being done. I would recommend Shepherd to anyone needed work done on their home.
