They also made sure to diligently clean up everything after the tear off including another run with the nail magnet the day after tear off to make sure everything was picked up. After submitting a request online, Bradley contacted me first thing the next morning and scheduled to come by the house later that afternoon. After explaining on the phone my problem, he communicated his suspicions of the issue and stopped by later to confirm. Turns out, the issue wasn't with my roof but a loose/leaking exhaust pipe in my attic that apparently someone had stepped on at some point in the past. Although he could not perform the repair as it was a plumbing issue, I truly appreciate the great customer service and sanity check he provided.
