After emailing him, I received a lickety-split response, requesting pictures of the two swing-arm lamps over my bed that no longer worked. After receiving the photos, Benny said that he could come to my Manhattan apartment and fix them in-house. I elected to go to his address in Brooklyn, NY where he promptly repaired them. Both Benny and his lovely wife provide outstanding service that seems to be a rarity these days. My lamps are now working beautifully thanks to Benny, but they cannot compare in brightness to his sunny disposition!

He communicated well, showed up when we agreed, fixed the problem for a final cost very close to the initial estimate. The slight difference was to be expected as there were 4 (or 5?) circuit breakers that had to be replaced. He followed up on some other issues that he and I noticed, with a plumber that he works with, with as good an experience. For the cynics out there, John, pka Breeze is proof that there are honest, capable, personable tradespeople out there!!! Make him your go-to electrician, he's mine!

I have not had a lot of opportunities to write positive reviews for contractors. So, when there is such a chance, I really want to yell it from the rooftops! I needed another AC installed. I messed up and only thought about the width and the height. Didn't take into account that I have bars behind the window that would limit the depth! Lav took off the brackets and reinstalled them in a spot that would make the AC fit. And again, non nonsense! So many guys out there would say "that was a bigger job then expected.
