Traded in my WORKING and RELIABLE traverse for a suburban as the kids are getting bigger and needed…read moremore room. 2 weeks after I got the suburban it started having problems where it won't start. At first it took a couple tries then started no problem. It's now progressed to not starting more than once a day. So basically if I go to work I can't get home and have to have it towed away or have someone pick me up. I've taken it to numerous repair shops and the warranty noller sold me is useless for the problem they knew it had. And now everyone says "can't find it, it started right up". I have video and screenshots showing what it does but they still "can't figure it out" = waste thousands on unnecessary work but don't actually fix the problem. I will NEVER buy another car from here. I will NEVER recommend this place. I bought my traverse off Vroom, sight unseen and didn't get ripped off this bad. Absolutely disgusting business. And they will "buy it back" but put me -$15K. Crooks. Completely. ETA: took it in for them to "fix" on multiple occasions and they couldn't figure it out. Yet in the process of trying to diagnose the problem had it on the lift multiple times. I ended up taking it to a local mechanic instead of the dealership. He put it on the lift and immediately called to tell me my right front wheel bearing was almost gone! This makes me so angry because what if my children had been in the car when it went? We could all have been seriously injured or worse!!! There was no way Noller didn't see this problem, they chose to not give a fuck and play roulette with my children's lives. Also my review doesn't show on their Facebook anymore so I screenshotted it to continue posting everywhere. Not a very trustworthy business if they can't acknowledge the negative and just show the reviews blowing smoke about them being great

Paid over 2 grand for a new heater core on a 2012 vehicle. Didn't fix the issue. Not even sure why…read morethey said to come pick it up, that it was fixed. They took vehicle back and kept it well over a week. Flushed the radiator 15-20 times per voicemails. Called me in to tell me still no heat but now I need a new radiator and it's not their fault. ‍ Wouldn't trust them with a matchbox car. Also, inside of car not put back together and clips broken off after heater core. Now Casey (manager) won't return my calls- it's been 11 days. Careless, inept service team. Zero integrity. I'm buying a new vehicle this month (24-26 pickup) and had they treated me right I would have bought from them.

Saved us! Thank you, thank you! We are traveling from Florida in our RV. We tow a jeep, that…read morestarting making a noise. Thought we could get in fixed in Gardiner. Unfortunately, it was more than they could work on. Didn't have parts or the tools. After calling at least 5 or 6 other mechanics from Livingston to Bozeman, from dealerships to private mechanics, we finally found Chris at Northwest. We had verbal quotes all over the place and scheduling was July, September and maybe we can fit you in. My husband had called our mechanic in Florida so we knew what it should cost. We needed a new cam and follower. Apparently, this is s common problem on Jeeps with 100,000 miles. We dropped the Jeep off on a Friday with an appointment on the following Friday. We also had a written quote, (not verbal). It was risky to keep driving it so we thought it was better just to leave it at Northwest. Chris said if there was a cancellation then he would work on the Jeep. On Tuesday morning by husband received an email invoice. The Jeep was repaired, ready for pick up and within to quote. We are so thankful that there are still honest, reasonable and reliable mechanics out there. There's so much more to this nightmare, but thanks to Northwest the Jeep is back to exploring.

Very unsatisfied with the way they do business. I got my lift and tires put on with a preview…read moreinvoice sent to me showing the charges, which I was fine with. I did have to come back to put on the shock boots and a spare tire because shipping takes a long time due to the location. THEY NEGLECTED TO GIVE ME A PRVIEW OF SUBSEQUENT CHARGES. CHRIS AT THE FRONT DESK WAS ALSO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SLAMMIMG MY KEY AND BEING VERY RUDE. I would be very cautious to come here as they may add charges without prior notification.
