I've had a huge mess with the Suburban Noller ripped me off with. Kyle is the only one to actually try to fix the problem. He actually took the time to drive up to my job to catch my car doing the thing no one else has caught! He also was the only one to tell me about & fix another massive safety concern (right front wheel bearing was almost gone - the dealership would've seen this when they had it in multiple times but don't bother to say anything) and repaired that too. I've used H&A auto for years on my Subaru and Honda. Dean is honest, reasonable and won't do work your car won't need. They went out of their way on a repair when I was traveling in South America! Amazing! When a friend asked several friends for an auto repair, 3 of us replied "H&A" at the same time. All of us had had great experiences. read more

I feel really well taken care of by these folks. They have done some major repairs for me on three different vehicles as well as routine oil changes. They are always spot-on on diagnosis and have solved some mysteries others have not been able to, and I think mostly it's been by common sense and a methodical approach, nothing fancy. I trust Dean's judgment, the prices are fair, the work is done well and on time. My only suggestion for improvement would be signage -- it's on the west side of the road, not east as shown on the Yelp map, and the sign is small and hard to see unless you really know what to look for. read more

This is a surprisingly good little shop in Kalispell. They have done great work for me at a very reasonable price. I have never had major work done there (like an engine rebuilt), but I've had brakes done as well as a few other things, and they do good work at the most reasonable prices I've found in Kalispell. They aren't fancy and up-scale, but they get the job done. I highly recommend H & A. read more

Quick friendly service until... The job discussed and agreed on was to replace my 2.5 engine with a 2.5 engine for a specified $ amount. I did research, spoke to other shops and the cost was within range of other estimates. H&A replaced my 2.5 engine with a 2.0 engine. When I called to discuss my experienced loss of power and that I called the engine supplier to find out what engine they sold H&A - which was the 2.0 not the 2.5, H&A offered to put the promised engine in and add $700 or re-install my original engine. H&A charged a mark up fee of 54% on the engine purchased. The most irritating part was the lies and cover up during 3 phone conversations. read more

H&A went far out of their way to fix my vehicle when I first moved to Kalispell. Since then, I've had them work on several vehicles. They don't recommend unnecessary work, and their prices are fair--often less than the "deals" advertised by other auto shops. I trust them to do the job efficiently, effectively and economically.
