Last year we had several issues due to a electrical problem that was all covered under warranty. Our warranty company is renowned for being difficult, but Andrew worked with them and got everything covered. When the wrong refrigerator was ordered he and his crew ended up installing it twice. We are full-time RVers so we can't just leave our camper at the dealership for months at a time and hope that they will get to it in a timely fashion. We decided even if we had to get reimbursed that was fine and he was super knowledgeable over the phone. Said he could be there the next morning. So I gave him our address and set the appointment for 9-9:30 the next morning. He arrived on time and was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. Gave us a fix after his initial diagnosis and if need be to have a total repair he'll come back. Cannot say more about how honest and efficient his service is.
