I followed up with him repeatedly, nothing came. I followed up with the local manager several times, nothing came. We needed to make a determination on whether to pay for this ourselves or file an insurance claim. Xtreme was completely unprofessional, unreliable, and a total scam. Over 60 days later, yes, 60 DAYS later, we receive and invoice from their billing service, which was on a Thursday. I spoke with our insurance agent and decided to file a claim at that time. Our adjustor came out the following Monday and we were proceeding. The next day, Xtreme called me, emailed me in a most unprofessional way. Borderline harassment, asking for payment and said they offer a cash discount if it doesnt go through insurance. At this time, I had had the invoice for 4 business days. Now, I have had the invoice for less than 30 days. Our insurance is finalizing the claim and the expect to have everything ready in a few weeks. Extreme is putting a lien on our house because of the delay. The delay was because of them!!!!!!! I have records of each and every call, text, and email to everyone there. This is a total scam. The Fireplace Center falsely claimed to their software provider 'the reason it doesn't work is because our internet drops out frequently. Our ring doorbell, TV's, computer, cell phones and thermostat to the electric furnace continue to work properly and we have never known the internet to go down in the 2 years we have lived here. The Fireplace Center also falsely told their software provider, that we had been shown a video so we could reconnect to WIFI. We have never been shown a video, that is specified in the sales contract. Tread lightly if you buy from the Fireplace Center, as their integrity is in short supply.

We recently had an issue with one of our blinds that prevented it from operating properly. Scott was able to work us into his schedule and came by to fix the blind. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to remove the blind, open it up and remove the knot. He reassembled the blind and replaced it on the sliding door. While he was at our home he informed us that there were now rechargeable battery wands that could be installed on all of our power blinds. While there would be a large initial investment the thought of not having to buy super packs of batteries at Costco was appealing. Scott explained how these battery wands were mounted and the ease in charging them. We made the decision to pull the trigger and order them. Scott was in Whitefish on another job but had time and swung by to install them. Once again he was super professional in his work, even going so far as to wear a pair of "inside shoes". He explained how to remove and replace the battery wands and charge them. We couldn't be happier with our selection of Window Coverings, Inc and Scott. He made the plan to come out the next day with the proper materials. When he began to look further, he found additional issues that have been there since my home was built. The leak was a blessing in disguise, as the roof didn't need anything major because it was caught now and not in several years when it would be major.
