He never called, texted or made any attempt to contact me. It has been a month since I've been trying to get this resolved. I called and texted many times!! I wonder if he thinks since I'm not longer in the area it's not going to matter. I hate to write this review as I don't like downing people and their businesses but I feel like I have no choice. I again hired Trevin and Nate to move my stuff once I found a place in September 2020. Again they were dependable, hard working and professional. A few weeks later I bought a patio wood, metal set I needed to be moved. Nate and another young man moved the patio set. Running Bear is the best moving company I've ever hired! I have some antiques so I value their moving crew being careful.

We prepaid for a year of storage but then for 4 months straight they continued to charge me every month and I would have to call up and ask for a credit again and for them to reverse the charge. All of these errors and issues done while they continue to state they don't make mistakes. I would love for another mover and storage company in the area.

I received the required documents electronically, and the process was very transparent and clean. The two movers, Jacob and Dylan, called me the day of the move, and offered to arrive earlier than the appointment, if it was convenient (which it was). I was shocked to find that my items were dumped in the closets instead of leaving the items unpacked on the beds. While unpacking, I noticed a broken picture, and while putting things away, I noticed a large scratch on the rosewood sleigh bed. Also, one of my dressers no longer closes properly. I did have to call Terri because there was a screw missing from the sleigh bed frame. Sadly, after they left, I observed that the bed was not assembled correctly, as the footboard and the sideboard were not connected. I would use A-team again when I move.

They not only didn't show up but didn't return my calls or texts. We had to scramble to find people to help us load the truck so that we could vacate the house in time for the new owners to move in.
