Every employee has been very knowledgeable, kind and helpful every time I've been there. I have gone to other vape stores in Topeka the last few years and none of them have come close to their service. It's now "my" vape store and I will not go anywhere else. Went here for new juice for my Smok Nord. The owner said all the samples would work in this and to…read moresmell them and pick one. Bought coffee flavor by company called The Grind for $38. Not cheap but should last awhile. You have to replace the coil in the Nord about every 10 days or so. $4 each. With this new juice the coils barely last a day. Went back and the owner told me this juice burns up coils fast so I should buy a bunch of coils or some new juice. No refunds or exchanges. Or apologies. Wow. Didn't know what to say. Lose it or leave. I left. Never to return of course.
