WARNING to anyone considering renting at Stadium Apartments or in case you are already living here…read more Agree with the other reviews but wanted to provide a more timely review specifically concerning Move Out fees and trying to get your security deposit back. It's shameful that this place preys on young broke college kids with intimidation and lack of responsiveness in order to charge extra fees for cleaning, painting, carpet replacement, etc. Similar to others, we did extensive cleaning prior to moving out and yet still received a bill for additional charges over and above the amount of the security deposit with threats that the claim would be sent to a collection agency if we didn't pay asap. Craziest thing is that in addition to the ridiculous cleaning charges, we were charged for painting and carpet replacement which Stadium should have been doing for the next group of tenants regardless since nothing had been updated in the unit for the last 3+ years due to the people living in the unit and overlapping from one year to the next. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to live!

Cleaning? I would have eaten off of the toilet it was so clean when we left. We took pictures. Also......the manager when I asked him during covid would they waive late fees to help he said they would and they did which was great BUT like always they only did it for a few months and NEVER alerted those who were paying a few days late (BTW each month their payment was received on the 5th of June, July, August) that they stopped that policy of only to collect dozens of late fees for extra cash. He asked me to update my review in a positive way because he was hoping I'd see that their covid policy was worth the change but after the late fee and now having lost our deposit leaving a PERFECT room this place continues to be an organization with VERY limited morals and I'd send anyone in the other direction. Side point......there are still 3 other people living there so these charges were for his small room not the common area. Thanks for nothing as always.

I enjoyed interactions with them when they had be had. My issue- I moved apartments twice living there. Both random roommate assignments. And here's a warning. If you are going to the outposts, as a person with no one to move in with you, DO NOT! Move here or get random roommates, they have you fill out a questionnaire, and then actually, completely disregard questionnaire, set you up with two of the dirtiest people you've ever lived with that let their cat poop wherever (and this was after my original two friendly roommates moved out and on!) Then you pay to move, and get moved into "a good match!" Wrong! OCD isn't even the word I'd used to describe who I was "a good match with" she was psycho. The homes are nice, prices were outrageous and rose after every year I lived there, area is nice. I don't like the front desk staff very much. Except the curly haired girl, she's very sweet. The other ones acted like I was stupid anytime I spoke with them. I will miss the apartment, and that is ALL! Also a little under two years ago, the bus driver died! And they (911) LEFT HIS BODY BARELY COVERED AND VISIBLE ON THE PAVEMENT! THE OUTPOSTS DID NOTHING TO ADDRESS THIS HORRIFYING EVENT. Do you know how traumatizing it is to just see somebody's BODY while you're on an afternoon walk?? Mind you, I wasn't even nosing around. I was on my phone on my walk, no sirens were sounded, as they (911) were just waiting around. No one was blocking his body or anything and I look up and boom, dead body with arm and his left side just hanging out.

Our experience has been extremely disappointing. The expectations that were set during the…read moreapartment tour were not the experience we received after signing the lease. Based on our experience, the roommate matching process did not reflect the expectations that were communicated to us before we signed. We were also initially quoted a lower rental rate, but after moving forward we were told that rate was no longer available and were instead presented with a higher-priced option. The communication throughout this process has been frustrating, and we have spent considerable time trying to find a reasonable solution. If you're considering renting here, I encourage you to ask for every promise regarding roommate matching, pricing, and lease options in writing before signing anything. I hope sharing our experience helps future renters make an informed decision.

Avoid at all costs…read more Poor business practices have led to a seemingly never ending mountain of problems, largest of which is the complete lack of honesty. I was promised upon signing a lease that there would be a parking lot within 5 minutes provided. Supposedly CSU pulled the rug out from under them on their parking plans. Problem with that "get away from me" response is, CSU is NOT 5 minutes away. It's closer to 20. Had this been the offer at lease signing, I would not have signed. But the promise was made, and the trend of saying something to appease the current situation began. I was told I would be found a place to park for the night of move in. I was directed to a lot that was not legal to park in, and was fortunate that my car did not get towed. I was promised a phone call to right the situation. That call never came ("You have to push us" - very promising, and impossible for someone in a serious schooling program). I've been told the Discount Tire lot is their next big stop gap (though I'm not included on that list, despite it all) - no work has been done on the lot for the last week, if at all. Very big priority, clearly. The dog and pony show doesn't work well for someone who's car came from 1000 miles away. I've been told everything from "park at a friend's house," "risk parking at CSU overnight," to "park at this church." The aforementioned church, is a 20 minute walk (If you are a trained runner, I suppose) in nice weather, and is a run down vagrant haven. Bottom line - they will tell you what you want to hear to get your money and get you to leave them alone after that. They will also fail to mention the smoking in stairways, the daily fire alarms going off, the rarely-delivered on amenities (multiple WEEKS to set up a printer? Really?), and so much more. Such a shame - if only some proper planning had been put in place, it would all be so doable. Or maybe if you major in basketweaving (or apparently business, guess that is pretty simple stuff.)

Pool is out of commission every summer then magically works before move-in. Staff is extremely friendly and kind, fun events. Terrible upper management, very money hungry, and unaccommodating. I live here currently with my roommate and our two dogs. We chose this place for their dog friendly…read morepolicy and also for the promise that they enforce dogs being on leash as my dog is reactive and aggressive with other dogs. There are dogs off leash almost daily. The same people every time, and I've called the front desk close to 10x, called corporate (no response) and finally resorted to animal control. The most we've gotten is an email to everyone saying "just a friendly reminder to keep your dogs on leash." Tonight my dog almost got charged by a large dog who the owner had no control of. Luckily he was able to grab his dog as it was running up us. But he then let the dog go and it immediately ran up to my roommates dog. Then not even a minute later another person comes outside with her dog offleash and it immediately runs up to the other offleash dog. Luckily no one was injured but this is a never ending problem for us. I am extremely frustrated with this as it is a serious safety concern. There are countless other times of people having their dogs offleash and maintenance driving/walking right by and saying nothing. DO NOT live here if you have a dog who doesn't do well with other dogs. You will be checking every corner when you take your dog out. That's only one problem though. The cleanliness and quality of furniture of our apartment when we moved in was unacceptable. Our couches were completely destroyed by cats and who knows what else and the couches gave us rashes because we are allergic to cats. It took them 3 months to replace them and only got replaced when someone from maintenance saw how bad they were and put in their word. I would not recommend living here to anyone.
