First time in a SoFresh. My son's been raving about one near him so I decided to check it out. Wow. Expansive menu. Lots of hot items, salads, wraps, design-your-own with tons of options, and smoothies. Fair price. Delicious - and fresh. I got the Cali Bowl: quinoa, romaine, black beans, tomatoes, bacon, avocado, and sweet citrus mustard. This is by far at the top of my list for healthy food restaurants. My bowls always taste fresh, flavorful, yummy & are always healthy. The service here is always amazing & the staff are pleasant & friendly. The vibes & atmosphere are on point. 10/10 would recommend this spot to everyone! read more

This place is supposed to be a place to get healthy food, but all they use are seed oils. They don't even have olive oil. Do not recommend! We will not be eating here again, as it is not actually healthy. All this being said, the staff were friendly but this "healthy food" is not healthy. read more

Just needed something quick after a half-day at work. Wanted something healthy decided to give this a try. Plenty of pretty healthy options. The hummus veggie quesadilla was tasty and they use coconut oil, so no worry of any seed oils. They even have spindrift flavored waters, although a little bit on the pricey side. But if you want something that's not got crap in it; it's always going to be a little bit more. I did not order ahead of time so I had about seven or eight minute wait which was not very long at all. I went here on a Wednesday evening around 7 pm and no wait at the counter. They have two screens to do self order but did offer to help me at a register if I had difficulty. The employees were nice and helpful. The place is smaller but has about 8 four top tables and a few outdoor tables as well. It was obviously pretty clean since it is a new restaurant. I ordered the superfood bowl with tofu. I was a little skeptical because it is an odd mixture of ingredients but when I mixed it all up it was delicious. It was fresh and healthy. A great alternative to the typical fried food options available. The bowl was a nice portion for the price -even too much so I have some for lunch as well. I will definitely eat here again. I visited So Fresh for a healthy dinner and it was great. I ordered a warm bowl with rice, romaine lettuce, sweet potato, edamame, broccoli, grilled chicken and shrimp. My meal was super flavorful and a good value for the price. They have a variety of options so you can have a custom experience. I ordered ahead online which was convenient too. I've eaten here twice, once just after it opened and then again a few months later. I'm a big fan of "healthy-bowl" style restaurants. I do like the ability to customize on the screens in store. After adding everything I wanted, the overall price was somewhat expensive for Spring Hill, but the quality was there and the people working there were friendly. One of the times I was ordering, I saw a woman come up to the counter to complain after her and her two kids finished a huge spread of food. Every meal was totally eaten, save for a few scraps on the plates. This woman presents a large feather to the cashier and claims that she found the feather in her food and now wants a total refund for all the food they ate. It was not a chicken feather. It was like a parrot or similar bird feather, long and green and blue. Such an absurd thing to assert, clearly scamming to get a free meal. The poor poor person behind the counter was very polite and told her that he cannot give her a refund, that would have to come from a manager. She loudly demanded the manager come out, several employees told her that the only manager who could give that kind of refund would be in store the next day and he could call her and discuss her complaint and the refund. She seemed upset, but she backed down, and left in a huff. So the food was good and the service was good. But I was really impressed with how the counter staff kept it together in the face of such an obviously fraudulent show. read more

I had the salmon with garlic noodles, spinach, black beans, edamame, goat cheese, mushrooms and sweet chili sauce. Definitely plan on ordering from there again, when I can afford it. Ordered this through DoorDash tonight and was not disappointed! While the price is a little higher than I'd like to spend, everything was delicious and serving size was perfect-nice big bowls! We had the Mediterranean and Bangkok bowls and man, sooooo delicious. Had salmon with the Mediterranean bowl which was cooked perfectly and chicken thighs with the Bangkok bowl - mmmm chefs kiss adding broccoli was also a good move. This place is absolutely hands down the best. I love fresh kitchen although we don't have one in Hernando or Pasco county. But THIS place is my new goto. I ordered through Uber eats and the service was fast. My food was hands down the bestttt. I ordered the This is the SMALL create your own hot bowl. Inside I choose the red lemon quinoa. With sweet potato (diced up) blackened chicken and kale. The sauce I selected was the Taziki. I definitely will be a frequent flyer here. This review is not regarding the food. We walked in not expecting cheap prices but were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices. The menu items and bowls depict having protein in them . I was shocked to find out that protein is an extra and not included.per protein added is 4.99. A kid's quesadilla is 8$ without protein. So for a family of four with no drinks we were already looking at $60. My problem is the fact the prices seem reasonable and they advertise these bowls with protein then expect you to pay separately for both. It would've been better just to advertise the bowl as $15 than to trick someone into thinking it's a good deal. Again the food is probably great but I wouldn't know because I don't like their fraudulent marketing‍ read more

Even looking at them and then given a few more minutes to place a order We noticed that the table beside us was starting to get cleaned then they left without taking the dishes, we thought that was kinda odd being that my friend and I were previous restaurant owners ourselves what we understand that people get busy and then about 5 minutes later, the person came back and finished up the table. And at that time we placed our order Of which I ordered a special that they were running at the time. Mine was a italian type sandwich, and she ordered a taco neal without avocado, the food arrived not too long after we were there presented to us in a decent manner. They both looked good but to our surprise, both of our meals were pretty bland and the aforementioned coffee that was given to us had a very burnt, bitter taste to it. So we both decided to just drink our lemon water which the limits for the most part and her bowl of fruit, whether the best tasting options that we were given. Because my Italian sandwich was bland and the chorizo on the sausage are in the sauce was very overpowering. And I really would like to have enjoyed my sandwich but it was bland and almost tasteless. It did look good as did my friends breakfast tacos, she told me that the best part of it was the fruit bowl to help take away the taste in her mouth from it, i like trying different things whenever I go to a First Watch when I go. But this one did not seem to match the expectation that I've had at others I've been to And lastly, as with a lot of restaurants these days, as we were opening straws And discarding napkins and putting in a nice pile for the waitress to take away, it sat there until after we were done with our meal. Typically when you go to a table and you're asking questions and credibility with customers, you would clear away any trash and stuff around them if you can And do anything you can to comfort your customer other than that the waitress was attentive, just in my opinion, not awake yet, I don't know if they had a bad weekend or what but this is not what you would want. At a higher end breakfast place, I may try it again in the future. And see if they get their stuff together, in my opinion, or I may just go to another and see how they compare.

It was about 7.50 after paying in cash. I waited for a couple minutes, and it my name was called to pick up my order. I ate outside in a small bench. The hotdog was loaded with the toppings like relish, pickles, and peppers. I added mustard and ketchup too. The hotdog was plump, and the toppings were alright. It isn't as good as Portillos, but still decent for the price. It was filling for lunch too. The atmosphere is the same, but the party room in the back is now available in you have an extra air conditioned space to eat. It wasn't that crowded outside, but there were quite a few inside. I guess more people wanted the cooler area as it was a bit hot and humid outside. Parking can sometimes be hard to get in the front, so there is a back area too. There is a small stage for concerts now, but I haven't seen any yet. The mechanical horse still works, but the dino one was out of order, and the dolphin one looks to be gone. Staff is pretty quick and friendly. I am glad I ate here again on Sunday as the food was good and filling. No complaints for 7.50 on a footlong Nathan Chicago dog. Will continue to visit occasionally when I am in Brooksville. Overall: B

It was cut in half, (think foot-long) it was a little hard to eat, but it was so deliciously filled with yummy ingredients. It had Kraut, spicy mustard and a sweet onion sauce like they have in NY. It was so good, but when I am in the area again, I'll just opt for the short version. :) Stop in and give this gem since 1960 a chance, who knows, you might even run into Elvis while you are there. ;)

So when our waitress showed up within a couple of minutes we asked for new cups And some coffee, and as soon as she came back to the table, she just poured coffee into 2 new cups without us. Even looking at them and then given a few more minutes to place a order We noticed that the table beside us was starting to get cleaned then they left without taking the dishes, we thought that was kinda odd being that my friend and I were previous restaurant owners ourselves what we understand that people get busy and then about 5 minutes later, the person came back and finished up the table. And at that time we placed our order Of which I ordered a special that they were running at the time. Mine was a italian type sandwich, and she ordered a taco neal without avocado, the food arrived not too long after we were there presented to us in a decent manner. They both looked good but to our surprise, both of our meals were pretty bland and the aforementioned coffee that was given to us had a very burnt, bitter taste to it. So we both decided to just drink our lemon water which the limits for the most part and her bowl of fruit, whether the best tasting options that we were given. Because my Italian sandwich was bland and the chorizo on the sausage are in the sauce was very overpowering. And I really would like to have enjoyed my sandwich but it was bland and almost tasteless. It did look good as did my friends breakfast tacos, she told me that the best part of it was the fruit bowl to help take away the taste in her mouth from it, i like trying different things whenever I go to a First Watch when I go. But this one did not seem to match the expectation that I've had at others I've been to And lastly, as with a lot of restaurants these days, as we were opening straws And discarding napkins and putting in a nice pile for the waitress to take away, it sat there until after we were done with our meal. Typically when you go to a table and you're asking questions and credibility with customers, you would clear away any trash and stuff around them if you can And do anything you can to comfort your customer other than that the waitress was attentive, just in my opinion, not awake yet, I don't know if they had a bad weekend or what but this is not what you would want. At a higher end breakfast place, I may try it again in the future. And see if they get their stuff together, in my opinion, or I may just go to another and see how they compare.
