two plates of food on a table
    Shannon R.

For a place called "flavors" it lacks just that. Everything looked really good but it doesn't taste even remotely fresh or worth eating. My favorite thing was the partially cooked plain rice. I felt bad for leaving as much food on my plate as I did but it really wasn't good. I'm not a picky eater and have eaten at some pretty bad places but this one takes the cake. Do not waste the $13-$18 on this place. Sorry, but y'all can do better.

SEAFOOD Fried catfish was phenomenal, well seasoned and perfectly cooked. Tartar sauce was good as well. WOK They have pre made beef and broccoli done but you can also design your own plate & pick all the toppings you want. I did beef, broccoli, bell peppers & onions and it was good. They also have a dessert & salad bar that has an array of options plus soup and pies and ice cream with warm chocolate & Carmel sauce. Place was also clean, service was nice and organized and the casino is smoke free. Parking is free as well. We can't wait to come back, they also hive first responders discount which with take off about $10 off of the whole total price.

I opted for the dinner buffet with Snow Crab Legs, which was priced at $44.09 with a player's card. Literally, I focused on eating crab legs the entire night. I did not bother to get anything else, as I was in crab heaven. I spent a total of 2 hours inside the restaurant, demolishing about 10 snow crab leg clusters. The crab meat was sweet and delicious in every bite. The crab also paired well when dipped in melted butter. Overall, I left the restaurant feeling full and satisfied. The price point was truly reasonable at a nice value. The inside of the restaurant was clean. The customer service was standard and met expectations. I will be coming here again when visiting Biloxi.

The rest of the food was relatively flavorless (fried chicken, mac & cheese, etc.). The buffet itself was very crowded, and we had to wait around 20 minutes for our table. The service was lacking. Our drinks were brought over, but we were not asked for a refill the whole time we were there. Not really worth $50 a head for seafood, or $27 a head for the regular buffet. Save your money and time and eat at a nicer restaurant!

What keeps me coming back is that I feel like I get value for my money. Compared to many casinos, Beau Rivage has been generous with complimentary offers, free play, dining credits, and other promotions. While gambling always involves risk, I personally feel like my money lasts longer here, and I've had some enjoyable wins over the years. Although I haven't personally won more than $1,000 at one time, I've seen many reports on social media and heard from family and friends who have won several thousand dollars here. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere makes for an enjoyable experience whether you're there to gamble, dine, or relax. One thing I really appreciate that often gets overlooked is the restrooms. The women's bathrooms are very spacious with a large number of stalls, which makes a big difference during busy times. Even when the casino is crowded, you don't feel packed in or waiting forever. Everything is kept clean and well-organized, and it's one of the more comfortable restroom setups I've experienced in a large casino. Parking is a bit of a long walk from the garage to the casino floor, but I personally don't mind it because it gives me some extra walking and exercise. For those who prefer convenience, valet is a good option, especially for seniors or anyone with mobility concerns. My biggest concern is the cell phone service inside the casino. Most of the time, your phone will not work properly once you're deep inside the building, especially in the casino area. It feels like being underground or in a basement where service drops completely. To get a signal back, you often have to walk closer to exits or the security desk area, or wait until you leave the casino entirely. In today's world, having reliable phone service is important, and this is definitely something Beau Rivage should improve. As for the dining options, I've eaten at Stalla, Salt & Ivy Coastal Kitchen, and several of the other restaurants on the property. The food quality has generally been good, and the restaurants provide a nice dining experience. Salt & Ivy Coastal Kitchen, in particular, stands out. The food was very good and better reflected the comfort food, Southern flavors, and Mississippi Gulf Coast cooking that I was hoping to find during my visit. I think some of the other restaurants at Beau Rivage could take notes from Salt & Ivy when it comes to menu development and food preparation. While many of the other restaurants serve good food, some menus feel more generic and don't always capture the local flavors and culinary traditions of Mississippi and the Gulf Coast. When I visit Biloxi, I want to experience food that reflects the region, and Salt & Ivy does a much better job of delivering that experience. The buffet is decent and offers a variety of choices, but I would also like to see more regional favorites and authentic Gulf Coast cuisine. With Beau Rivage being such a premier destination in Biloxi, I think the food program has the potential to better showcase the area's culinary traditions. The only thing I'm still waiting on is a complimentary room offer! Hopefully that comes with future visits. Overall, Beau Rivage continues to be one of my favorite casinos. Between the beautiful property, enjoyable gaming experience, generous promotions, and quality amenities, it's a place I recommend to friends and family. A few improvements to the food offerings and phone connectivity would make the experience even better.

Only stayed for the few minutes to double my money on black. The smoke-free casino on the beach side was very good- big windows, good space between the games, restrooms nice. The bands on the tall stage on Friday and Saturday night were both great- played covers. Tables are good, dealers good. Rooms are very nice- comfy beds, roomy shower, can tell everything is new and all the chosen decor is good. Pool was so nice- fabulous swim up bar and the whole area was great- great vibe- scenery- had giant jenga and cornhole set up. Only two things in the room were subpar- a cheap plastic toilet seat and lid- thin plastic- super cheap and it moved around, guess one of the bolts had broken. Then, the shelf under the sink is constructed with cheap particle board. Definitely some costs were cut and noticeable. Also the first impression while actually on the property was extremely bad. The parking garage is disgusting. It needs a power wash. Elevator, posts, every surface looked so grimy. Trash and odd and ends, like leftover construction equipment, landing place for junk storage. There are no lines for the parking spots- cars parked at whatever angle they picked. First impression bad, but overall was a very good stay and would adjust arrival time to avoid the parking garage. Definitely recommend.

CASINO SLOTS EXPERIENCE: In order to play at the slot machines, it was ideal to get a player's card. I interacted with Jonathan (Slot Player Ambassador); he was super kind and quick to get me all set up. I proceeded to participate at a total of two slots: Genghis Khan (GK) and Mo Mo Mo Mummy. I wasn't scoring too much with G.K. However, the Mo Mo Mo Mummy game was very promising. With the insertion of a $100 bill, I won $70, which wasn't too shabby. I cashed out the $170 at the ticket redemption machine. BLU: The bar located on the 9th floor was incredibly gorgeous. I was amazed by the entire ambiance. I ordered a Strawberry Lemon Drop and Hot Bacon Jam Oysters. Both were super delicious and they were discounted during Happy Hour! INFINITY BUFFET: I opted for the buffet dinner with Snow Crab Legs, priced at $44.09. I focused on consuming crab legs that entire evening. They were so delicious, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The melted butter was such a great pairing. PARKING: There were so many spaces available throughout the hotel property. I managed to find direct parking in front of the casino/hotel. Self-parking was complimentary to all guests, whether staying at the hotel or even just visiting for the day. Overall, I was impressed with Treasure Bay Casino and Hotel. The slot machines were beyond entertaining, the buffet was great with the AYCE Snow Crab Legs and the bar was spectacular with small bites, drinks, and atmosphere. The next time I visit, I will heavily consider staying in a hotel room.
