I paid extra to get the lobster and crab and disappointed is an understatement! As a prior restaurant manager I can subjectively state they don't have a clue on how to prepare lobster or crab! They were both severely over cooked! The lobster was so tough that you had to tear it from your mouth to get a chunk to chew and it was like chewing on a piece of rubber! The other offerings of "hot" food would have been discarded had the health inspector come through. They weren't hot enough to be served! They were either tepid or barely warm! Some of the desserts appeared like they'd been siting in the display for days! Twice when I got up to get a refill and try other foods I returned to a completely cleared table. When at a buffet I leave the table exactly as I did today as you can see in the picture. How much brain activity does it take to look at that setting and know the person is returning??? To save the time for people skimming through the reviews, this is the best crab and lobster buffet I've been to in a very very long time (and I've tried all the Vegas buffet!). Buffet is a loss leader for casinos which is why those that still remain are a rare few. Catered to the locals, the buffet is by the elevator entrance on the second floor. Came on a packed Thursday night, I waitlisted 30th in line. Received a text message with a link that has an website that constantly updates your place in line. Waited an hour before texted to come in. Priced at about $37 per person with a casino membership, access to unlimited crab legs, whole lobster, and crawfish. Large cluster of clean crab legs, that were not salty. Perfectly boiled lobster. And crawfish. Of course there were other dishes but I cannot judge as I am not familiar with the cuisine, and you're probably here to get your money's worth. All the servers are friendly and attentive. This week is the Gulf Coast Flooring event and my team decided on seafood buffet. I Snow Crab was sweet and juicy and spices are not overpowering. The Jumbo shrimp was disappointing. It was mover cooked and disintegrated when you peeled the shell off. I switched it up with the fried chicken which was disappointing. It was dry and tasteless. Loved the corn and potatoes. Loved the fried catfish, flaky and the breading was crunchy. Finished it off with Peanut Butter pie. Yum! Overall I give this experience as a typical average buffet. read more

We ate dinner here on 5/20/25 and it was really good. The crab legs were hot (they could have been spiced more). Crawfish were small and tail meat was mushy but they were perfectly spiced. They also had lobsters. I didn't try the lobster, because I love crab legs more. All I ate was crab legs and a few crawfish. They did not have a large selection of desserts. I did get some ice cream that the employee serves to the guest. I didn't give 5 stars, because the crawfish were small and mushy, they serve the crab legs to you (I'd rather serve myself) and our booth could have been wiped down better. Our server was attentive. We went here on a bustling and busy Friday afternoon at 4 pm, prior to going I would check their website for prices to see what the current prices are, also to save a few bucks we stopped by the players club area to get a card! Let me talk about the disadvantages first - it was soooo smoky in there, If you don't like smoky places don't come here, I was coughing pretty much the whole time and felt sick when we left (but that's ok) that's really just part of going to the casino. Food wise - I can say it's okay and quality was decent for the price, no it's not life changing. If you're a seafood lover, go for it. You can also have the option of not buying crabs / lobster if that's not your thing. The seafood buffet with the crab option was delicious. The lobster was cooked to perfection and mildly seasoned as was the crab legs. The accompanying vegetables and other offerings were also delicious. We were told that the wait time was two hours due to the holiday however we were seated much earlier. My wife and I were returning from a trip to Florida and stopped in Biloxi for the night. Heard about this place and another that offers crab buffet. Curiously some folks at our hotel mentioned this one as one of the best. When I asked the lady at the register at Infinity, she said she hated to say it but probably the one at Beau Rivage is better. I believe the difference is that they do lobster at that one but that was hearsay amongst other people at the restaurant we chatted with while waiting. First and foremost if you are not there earlier, or if you're not a high roller with a card/player points then be prepared for a two hour wait. Now they do have an app and you can track the number of people ahead of you in real time. When it got to about 10 parties ahead of us we decided to go get closer to the entrance. Can't tell you how many people were turned away as they were full for the evening. We got there about 5:30-6 and sat down to eat about 8 or so. Like most casinos if you have the status with them you can cut the line any time which is annoying, but if they're losing that much to have that status (and believe me all gamblers lose more than they win no matter what they say....LOL) I'm understanding with that. Folks are nice despite it being a mad house. You pay up front and I believe it was $54 each for us. I had played enough to get $3 off (yeah!) at that point. You can tip ahead at the register but be aware the tip goes to the server as the register folks don't get tips unless you give it to them personally. Most places have the snow crab. This place has snow crab and dungeness. Let me tell you my personal opinion is that I will only eat dungeness from now on if given a choice. Way more meat and way less work. They do have other offerings and my wife got dessert as well ranging from cakes/pies, etc. Once you are in, you really don't' wait that long in the crab line as they move it pretty fast. The butter is like that movie theater butter so don't eat too much of it...LOL... Our waiter was pretty attentive and made sure we had full glasses and empty buckets for the shells quite frequently. We had put $10 pre-tip and we left another $10 cause he was all over the place but never let us feel neglected. Worth a stop in my opinion if you are passing through or live in town. It is what they say! Seafood buffet with crab and lobster! The best part, you don't have to pay the lobster price for the rest of the buffet. My husband was dying to try this place, so we made the trip. Yes, you do pay a higher price for the crab/lobster buffet, I think it was just over $40. I on the other hand only paid about $15-17 for my buffet choices, steak, chicken, veggies, crazy amount of desserts! And my husband did get all his fill of crab and lobster, so definitely worth the price. The wait staff kept moving. Filling drinks and keeping tables clean and all with a smile. I understand there's an age limit in casinos, but for someone like me who is just innocently looking for a Buffet; and didn't know better (total tourist in an unknown land!) it was a major downer to walk into the lobby with anticipation and, NOT to be greeted or told Hello right away but instead to be DEMANDED of my ID instead??? We usually enjoy the infinity buffet but this edition (Sunday 2/23/25) was a huge disappointment. It appears that the entire entree menu has changed. No Dungeness, only snow crab; no crawfish; no lobster; did offer Royal Reds. The price was still as if there were Dungeness and lobster. The gumbo was still good. The cooking style was different - German influence. Several dishes were not recognizable, I.e., red beans. Pastry desserts were just ok. Our server (Kim) was great. This is a unique buffet. It is a casual atmosphere. No need for your Sunday best here. If you're in the mood for something different than other buffets on the coast. They the only buffet that I know of that offers frog legs, lobsters, Dungeness crab, and etc; other than the usual seafood and regular offerings (snow crabs & shrimp). Honestly it is a catch and miss, do not get me wrong. It tastes great! However, few times, it tastes over cooked and other times it is excellent! They offer melted butter and other seasonings if you want a more flavorful taste or a little kick to your seafood. Please refer to the website for details on what days they offer them. Also I believe it is an extra charge for them? Please do not forget to tip your servers and the people that cook the seafood and roasted meats. They offer fresh cold ice cream that the servers get for you in a cone or cup? The flavor depends on what they serve that day. A scoop of fresh ice cream is great on a warm day and to finish your wonderful meal you just had. The seating area is limited. They offer table seating in the middle and booths on the outskirts of the buffet restaurant. We however, sat in the table and with decent wooded chairs with a little cushion on the bottom of it. I can not speak personally on the booths; they look good, and seem to be more comfortable than the table seating if you want more comfortable seating. This buffet is small, but the staff is super friendly and helpful. Service with a smile and willingness to make your visit a great one. But the challenge is that it is in the casino. Unfortunately, it is a smoking casino and I don't smoke. For you guys that never been, we were lost in where to go. I believe you have to be 21 and up to enter? Please let me know if I am mistaken? There is a check-in attendee with a text message system waitlist. Of course, the wait will be longer during the weekends. So you can walk around the casino while you wait for your table. Also, there's usually a security guard standing near the check-in area that may or may not flag you down for another ID check to make sure you're of age. Besides the seafood options, the other food selections are limited and not as tasty. So if you're not going for the seafood, don't bother wasting your money. The snow crab seems to always be too salty, and the lobsters are overcooked. It's also a hit or miss with the dungeness crabs, as sometimes it's dry, and sometimes it's juicy but for sure always meaty. Even though they're usually busy, the service is always attentive. A bucket is provided on the table with seafood crackers, extra napkins, and handwipes. Drinks are always promptly filled, and plates cleared timely. The only thing is, the utensils are overused, worn, and dirty. Overall, the buffet is ok. The tables are packed together in a small dining room. It is loud and stuffy. During past summers, they've brought in large fans to try and combat the heat, but it is just really unpleasant. This would make it hard for me to enjoy any meal -- even the best, and this isn't the best. The crabs and lobsters can be really great or they can be not so great. The melted "butter" provided isn't butter, but I guess it's OK. There is a decent salad bar, and the gumbo is particularly good. But I really wouldn't eat here unless you are after crabs or lobster. Casino buffets during a pandemic? Well it's not as bad as you would think as it is cafeteria style, the food is all covered, all staff have on mask, and the dining area is spaced out. But beware because of the limited seating there is a long wait. Their current setup is a line to get a buzzer (about 30-40 mins) and then another 1 1/2 to get a table when your buzzer rings. This isn't too bothersome if you want to go gamble while waiting which is what we did but don't come hungry because you'll be waiting. Snow crabs are served daily all day and there is a small discount with the players card. Overall the food was good and from what I heard from a local behind me is that they are always consistent. Since it's been 2 years since I last been here, I will got ahead and review it once more. I drove approximately 2 hours to eat here because I was staying in Orange Beach, AL for the week. I came here just for the Dungeness Crab and Snow Crab Leg buffet. While entering the Casino area. Everybody has to have a mask on. I came in on a Monday night so the crowd was a nice size but there was only a 15 minute wait. Thank goodness! The hostess here was super nice and very cheerful. My waiter was super friendly and very attentive. He wasted no time getting our drinks to the table. So since the virus outbreak, all buffet area is shielded by plastic walls so the employees serve you. Everybody was super nice. Of course I went straight for the Dungeness Crab and Snow Crabs. The lady loaded us up with 4 huge plate full of crab legs. I actually never got back up for more crab legs. That's how much they were!! I even got the butter. All the tables were spaced out pretty far apart for the 6 feet rule. All employees had masks on while serving. All customers have to put the mask on If you need to get back to get more food. I noticed a few customers forgot. If the customer forgot, the employees asked them to put on the mask immediately. The crab legs were very tasty. I was super glad they weren't salty like at BoomTown Buffet. The Dungeness crab had so much meat that I got tired and full after my 3 rd cluster. I felt like I already ate my share of the price which was $31.99. Our waiter was on point and super fast on clearing our table and getting us refills. On the side note, if your not into Crab legs, this place maybe not worth your trip. I do believe they offer a lower price ($19.99) if you don't want the crab legs. Well, we know that everything is more expensive these days, so plan on shelling out about $50 per person if you are going for the crab feast. It's nice they offer a choice of Dungeness, snow crab or lobster claws. I liked all three for different reasons. Better quality seafood than the other buffets and unlike Hollywood & Silver Slipper, they do actually season their food which is a welcome change. Desserts are pretty bad but not as bad as Silver Slipper and not as good as Hollywood. Cleanliness isn't what it should be and this is by far the smokiest smelliest casino on the coast to the point that going to the buffet means wreaking like an ash tray to the point of needing a shower when you get home.
