I was on my way south, and noticed my parking brake kept needing the lock disengaged to put the car into drive (pushing an extra button, a two-handed operation to get the car out of Park). Turns out, the brake light switch had failed: it's the little switch above the brake, that senses the foot lever being pushed. It actuates the brake lights too, so I had had no brake light the whole time. Since the car was sitting at a church, I had the local pastor drop me off, around noon, after Autozone/Napa/carquest all said the part wasn't available, and the min price at the desk at Autozone was 36$, after I had initially been quoted 10$ over the phone from the Autozone employee. :( Calling around for a yard, I was referred to Moltzan's. The owner of Moltzan's, over the phone had said no one would be back until two, as they field staff were on lunch, to look for and pull the part. I couldn't wait, couldn't get another ride, so I had the pastor drop me off on his way back. That was about noon. Someone was at the desk within 20 minutes, and he went out and found it. I had given him the old one, a generic autozone replacement that failed probably after 40k miles. It took him a good 20 minutes out there too, to find the matching part. It was an OEM this time, and for $10 - the same Autozone misquoted me - perfect.

Steve did it for me and let me pay him on my following payday. That was such a big help for me. On the second occasion, I needed a belt for my car. It kept overheating. I took it to Midas and they quoted me $480 and a full day with my car. I took the car to Moltzans at 4 pm and left it and they called me by noon the next day and it only cost me $160!! I was SO relieved. I won't take my car anywhere else. They're good, experienced mechanics. They're honest and compassionate. I recommend them to anyone in Great Falls needing a mechanic. When finished I got it back with a broke dash, I drove it to Billings and back a couple days after I got it! Well it used a quart of oil in 224 miles, got back and I could hear the rocker arms rattling over the radio. Then I dropped it off that night the 9th of Nov, I told Sam everything that was going on with it including the temp gauge was doing all kinds of weird things ( mind you he didn't write a single thing down) the tranny wouldn't down shift in cruze! They drove it twice without all the info they should have got from Sam. Nothing is wrong with it is what I get told after 2 weeks of it sitting there. So I stop in ad tell Brian one of the mechanics what Sam should have, so they start to work on a couple things! They want the engine cold so they park it outside well guess what happened next? My rims and tires are stolen! Yep, so they finish it up supposedly I get it back the Fri after Thanksgiving. I go to drive it Monday the 14th of Dec we have 7 in of snow, it feels like the 4x4 isn't working yesterday th 15th I get stuck because I have no 4x4! I call them speak to one of the owners Greg he has the nerve to tell me the would look at it but would charge me because the 4 wheel drive has nothing to do with the tranny! I took it to the shop my son works at, these so called mechanics at automotive machinery have all my vacuum lines hooked up wrong! Silent night Muffler is still going through it to make sure nothing else is messed up! So if you take your vehicle there just pray they do a good job and you get it back in one piece! They have treated me like a stupid women for the last time and lied to me for the last time. I will pay the expense to take it out of town to someone who knows what the hell they are doing if I have a rebuild done again! Honestly I give them a negative 10 in every category that shop provides!

My car was 11 years old and a white pearlized finish, so I was skeptical as to whether the paint patch would be noticeable or not, flawless, they did a fantastic job. I called every shop in town. No one had the part I needed to fix my car. Eventually I got a quote to have it done by Firestone, but it would cost $500 and wouldn't be done until the middle of the next week around Thursday. My phone rang and Mike was in the other line. He said he can overnight the part, install it, and have me out the door by Tuesday. Tuesday morning I got a phone call saying the part arrived in the right box, however the part inside the box was not the right part. He was more upset about it than I was. He somehow managed to get a part to his shop first thing Wednesday morning. The part was in and I was out the door as soon as he was done. On top of the prompt and rapid service, before we left I asked him to check my AC. He topped off my AC, and made a mention that on the other axle my transmission seal was leaking and that he had topped my transmission off all without any additional charge. He definitely went WAY above and beyond my expectations and I will always take my vehicles there whenever I need work done and I'm in the area.

I had been using their services since I got my car (2002 Mini Cooper S) they had seemingly done a good job until I brought my car in to have its clutch replaced. The shop took a insane about of time to even do the job probably 3 weeks, but I could live with that if they had done a good job and returned my car to me repaired. Instead they said that after replacing the clutch the car had no electrical power. They blamed this on the car saying this is just "how they are". They then spent the next FIVE MONTHS "working" on my car, however whenever I would drive by or walk in to check their progress it would be sitting in the same spot out front. Each time they would say that it was next in line to be worked on, they would also come up with some new reason that the car had no power "the ECU broke with the clutch, the door locks have caused a security system issue, etc.". Eventually I talked to them about how they had wronged me and that I felt they needed to make it right as the car was only made worse by their work, they denied any responsibility. I felt that there was nothing I could really do and told them to just return my car to me. They said that they would the following day but in typical fashion it took two weeks and me pestering them for my car to finally be towed in, when it was being unloaded from the tow truck the front bumper was bent, they just ignored this and left. then when I got into the car to look at it the interior was filthy, covered in dirt, oil spots on the gear shifter and wheel, the sun roof cover no longer retracts, the driver door does not fully shut, and more. After they returned it I looked for a solution and was told to contact the Better Business Burrow. I told the BBB about my issues and they tried to contact Miracle Mile however the shop never responded. As is the policy of the BBB if a business does not even put in effort there is nothing that can be done, because of that I am stuck with a car Miracle mile damaged greatly. The real kicker is that in the end I had to pay them $1,977.87 to break my car...

I had a flat yesterday, I called them to see if they could get me in and they told me to come over…read moreand they'd get me in. After about 30 minutes they called and told me my tire was toast and asked if I had a spare, I told them I wasn't sure because I've never had to worry about it. Frank told me he'd look and let me know. About another 30 minutes and they called me to tell me they had the spare on and I was good to go. When I showed up and asked them the cost Frank told me not to worry about, it was free!!!!! I asked if I could order a new tire through them and they said yeah, it'll be $138 and be here tomorrow. Frank asked me for the rim with the flat back so they could just get it ready to go when I came by the next day. I dropped my car off today and in about 35 minutes they had put my tire on. It was less than what they originally said, $128. I've NEVER had better service in my life. Everyone in the office was amazing and friendly. If you have tire issues, this is the only place you should ever go! I'd give them 50 stars if I could!
