After about 30 minutes they called and told me my tire was toast and asked if I had a spare, I told them I wasn't sure because I've never had to worry about it. Frank told me he'd look and let me know. About another 30 minutes and they called me to tell me they had the spare on and I was good to go. When I showed up and asked them the cost Frank told me not to worry about, it was free!!!!! I asked if I could order a new tire through them and they said yeah, it'll be $138 and be here tomorrow. Frank asked me for the rim with the flat back so they could just get it ready to go when I came by the next day. I dropped my car off today and in about 35 minutes they had put my tire on. It was less than what they originally said, $128. I've NEVER had better service in my life. Everyone in the office was amazing and friendly. If you have tire issues, this is the only place you should ever go! I'd give them 50 stars if I could!

They were great at explaining to me the issues the vehicle was having or could have, and kept me informed and involved in all decisions and updated me with any possible price changes. More recently, I was involved in an accident. I chose 15th Street as the tow company. The tow driver picked me and my truck up. I was a bit shook up. I have no family here and was having an "i want my daddy" moment and Gary was very patient. Helped me out of my vehicle, as the door was stuck shut, explained processes to me. He helped me find words when I was too shook up to find them myself. I dropped my truck off before work with no appointment, and they had it ready when I got off. The guy at the counter even offered to give my a ride to work!
