Frank told me he'd look and let me know. About another 30 minutes and they called me to tell me they had the spare on and I was good to go. When I showed up and asked them the cost Frank told me not to worry about, it was free!!!!! I asked if I could order a new tire through them and they said yeah, it'll be $138 and be here tomorrow. Frank asked me for the rim with the flat back so they could just get it ready to go when I came by the next day. I dropped my car off today and in about 35 minutes they had put my tire on. It was less than what they originally said, $128. I've NEVER had better service in my life. Everyone in the office was amazing and friendly. The tech told me the tire was unrepairable, and though it was nearly new, management said there was no road hazard warranty to prorate for a new time. No road hazard warranty? I tried to contact Point S, but the website has no corporate phone number, and the email form doesn't work. I'm going to find a new shop to buy tires.
