I was told it would take approximately 10 sessions and that would be COMPLETE removal. I was told at the time that they did not have zero interest plans so was going to pay in full. They were messaging me from 2 different numbers so when they contacted me today I asked them to re affirm what I had been told on that particular text thread since this was different number and I wanted it in writing. They kept trying to tell me they didn't have another number and continuously argued with me even after I sent them screen recordings. They finally said it was them but they have no Idea why I was told the original answers. Then they come back and say it's not for complete removal but for 10 session and that I need anywhere from 13-16 and that those would be ADDITIONAL!! They seem VERY unorganized and I don't think I would trust them for removal. I have been burned before by a laser and they do not give the me the confidence to use them after all of this. They seem VERY IMCOMPETENT and unorganized.

I feel it is important to share my recent experience with cryo T-shock treatments at your Woodlands…read morelocation. As someone who is 5'6", weighs 138 lbs, and has a BMI of 22, I had no weight to lose and was only interested in some cellulite reduction and skin tightening. One of your technicians--who was very kind, so I will not mention her by name--recommended six cryo T-shock sessions, assuring me that this would be sufficient for the results I wanted. PHotos were taken prior, but not after the sessions as their was no improvement to document. Unfortunately, not only were these sessions ineffective, but my legs also appear worse than before. The fact remains that the six sessions did not work; you yourself acknowledged this by suggesting we "try other things" and utilize the 'new' equipment (red light therapy) at your new Timberloch location that was previously unavailable at Sawdust. This indicates that the original treatment plan may not have been the best approach for my goals. My work schedule does not allow me additional time to "try" more options or sessions that may or may not work to meet my goal; I specifically set aside time for these six sessions with the expectation they would be effective as advised. Since this has clearly not been the case, I am asking you to do the right thing and cancel the remainder of my balance with thier financial institution. After initially reaching out to address my concerns and being refused a resolution, I attempted to leave an honest review reflecting my opinion--a right that every customer should have. Instead, I discovered that I had been blocked from all your social media platforms. This response is both unprofessional and concerning, as it silences genuine customer feedback. The only reason I am leaving two stars is because your technicians were truly very nice and courteous throughout the process. However, despite their efforts, the results were unfortunately zero. In thier words via email: We're sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your results. At this time, your package has been fully completed, and there are no further services or adjustments available. Sincerely, Contour Body Imaging They, whoever the owner is, said my payment obligation to Cherry not Contour Body and the payment remains in place even after your treatments are completed. They said they do not have the ability to cancel or adjust those payments, and they will expect the balance to be paid according to your financing terms. While it's possible that others may be satisfied with their results, I was not. I have found it difficult to verify this since there are no before and after photos available for reference for similar treatments. Alina and Cindy: Alina is a lovely woman and gives clear instructions on using topical anesthetic beforehand to reduce discomfort. She is up front with you about how long your treatment plan will be to give you the best results possible. The experience never awkward like at the hair salon or nail salon. It's a very pleasant experience. Cindy is lovely and will always call the day before as a reminder which is great for someone forgetful like myself. Prices: her prices for electrolysis are competitive. At the front desk is a price sheet showing price per minute for every minute from 15 up to over an hour. Results: After going once per week for about 6-7 weeks I am so happy to see results, even if they are not typical. The appointment was easy to make - I went to their website and booked two time slots for each of the Groupons I purchased. I received a text within an hour or two of making the online reservation, asking for my Groupon voucher. That's all it took! The facial actually began with a foot soak, a pleasant and unexpected surprise. They gave us half robes and a headband for our hair, which was way more comfortable than the usual disposable headbands. The tables were heated and they had soft, relaxing music playing in the background. Katie explained each of the steps to me and after doing a preliminary examination of my skin told me what she wanted to focus on (for me, it was dry skin, and for my mom, Donna recommended a chemical peel). They were both fantastic with post facial skincare. It was such a relaxing facial! Katie also gave me hand and scalp massages, and the facial finished with a warm towel on my back.
