Another friend designed the art and Kristyn helped me bring it to life. She was communicative and helpful via text before our appointment. She quoted me an hourly rate and approximate number of hours based on the size/complexity of the art work and her estimate was spot on. When I arrived she was warm and friendly, helping me feel at ease in her space. She had already printed and sized the art work, but was prepared to re-size if I wasn't quite satisfied. She double and triple-checked what I wanted before we started any art work. She offered me a numbing cream, which was TREMENDOUSLY helpful.
